After our initial Driver had car trouble and was not able to pick up our Puppy on the date agreed to we unfortunately had to cancel with him. The Breeder was leaving on vacation and the Puppy had to be picked up that specific day. I reposted my listing and All Transport Pets Plus really was a blessing. They arrived to pickup the Puppy and drove him directly some 13 hours and delivered him to us. They were communicating with us the entire way and giving us a ETA. We were very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. We would've given 10 Stars but it was not an option.

I can not express with enough enthusiasm and sincerity of the amazing care and communication I received during the transport of our pup from Spoiled with Care. We received daily photos, videos and or text messages. The communication was polite, positive and friendly. It eased our concerned of the well being of our puppy. We were told it would take a week for the puppy to arrive from Ohio to Massachusetts. He arrived one day early! The quote we received from SWC was competitive and a bit lower than other quotes we received. What I was particularly pleased with was how friendly and warm Clay and her husband were and how happy our puppy seemed to be when he arrived to us. Tom is not a shipper but rather a hand delivery service where your baby is virtually delivered wrapped in a blanket with a bow or in my case a puppy safe plush toy to chew instead of his leather seat. He will deliver with or without a crate, keeps you posted with pics at every stop, sanitizes between trips, as a retired fireman he is certified in first aid, delivers when it is most convenient for you not him and most importantly personally transports only your pet. You have to decide whether you want your baby shipped in a crate with other pets like cattle or lovingly hand delivered.

David got our 12 week old puppy safely to us; however, we did not receive a contract as promised, gps was not provided, and there were minimal updates given throughout the trip. Additionally, I had to call and get updates myself when he repeatedly did not show up at the times he advised that he would. She is a more shy puppy, but traveling straight through a 1000 miles drive in about 18 hours was very hard on her and she arrived covered in pee and terrified. Overall, he is a pleasant fellow; however, the customer service was poor and the experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him unless you are certain that your puppy is fully potty trained, has leash skills, and travels very well or if you don’t want any true updates or the services that you were promised.

Zac was our driver, he had another driver with him, but unfortunately we did not get her name. I can't tell you how wonderful they made shipping my daughters 2 cats. I know it wasn't easy for them. Jim and his wife transported my doggo Bear from Chicago to Austin. They were communicative, punctual and very flexible in regards to the drop-off and pick-up. They shared their location with me through Google Maps and made the trip in a timely manner so that was nice. Bear seemed happy in their care and was delivered to me safely. One thing that I do wish they would have done it more of was send picture updates I only received one and it would have been nice for more. The main thing though is that Jim and his wife and my dog and their dogs made the trip safely, so I would definitely use them again to transport any pets I have.

Nick was amazing. This is our fist experience of having a puppy and weren’t sure how to transport our new dog from the breeder in Ohio to our home near Boston. Nick was wonderful every step of the way. He was super responsive to all our texts, called the breeder a few times to make arrangements for pickup, was spot-on time to collect our puppy and even arrived at our house ahead of schedule. He sent us pictures all along the way with text updates on his progress. He broke the journey overnight in PA which was great for our pup. We had been thinking of doing the drive ourselves (about 24h driving round trip) or flying (which we didn’t much fancy during COVID). Nick was so friendly and responsive we had total confidence that he would bring our puppy safely. His price quote seemed fair, somewhere in the middle of the range. I didn’t feel the need to just go for the cheapest. Rather, I was looking for someone with experience and a history of doing puppy transfers. Nick’s experience was recent and well reviewed. Our puppy arrived totally chilled out, not stressed and very content. Great experience! We would definitely recommend Nick if you have a pet to transport.

So.. our experience with Hunter.. Let me start here. First of all, I was getting a puppy.. a puppy I had never met before from someone I did not know (so scary). And THEN I needed someone to take said puppy on a 8hr road trip from someone I had NEVER met. I was so nervous about the whole situation and I asked Hunter probably a million questions before I even booked with him. He was so gracious, nice and professional. He stayed in contact with the person I was getting the pup from and with me the WHOLE way, sent pictures, videos and shared his location so I could keep checking in on them. When he got the pup here she was perfect and happy. Hunter took great care of her and was so kind and really just loves what he does. Super nice and down to earth fella. If I had to do it again, I would 1000% hope Hunter was available!! He really just made the whole experience easy and stress free.

Great experience. He had a very serious issue that morning and was unable to get my puppy, he called and offered a free service for the next day and refunded the deposit I had put down. He was very helpful in the situation and was great with communication. Though there was a complication, I don’t consider it bad on his part. I would definitely recommend/ book him again!!

Robbie was AMAZING! He transported my 2 English Creme Retrievers from California to Georgia. He kept us updated from dawn to dusk with texts, photos and videos. He took both dogs on walks and even to a dog park to let our rambunctious pups run around. Even though the price was a little higher than other bids, it was well worth the cost knowing Robbie took such great care of them. They seemed well hydrated and happy during their journey home to us. I will certainly be using him again in the future.
