Would leave ZERO if I could. No-showed me the evening of picking up my animals, the night before a cross country move. Communication was AWESOME and very responsive before I booked. Once I booked, I got very short responses. The day of pick up, they were supposed to be here between 8-9pm, and our last communication was around 11am. Around 7:30pm I texted asking for a heads up of their location, no response. 3 of my texts and 2 phones call went unanswered. I was starting to get apprehensive when their short responses, lack of info, and lag time. Should have went with my gut, ghosted on the night of a 2,400 mile trek. There’s NO excuse to not answer the phone or texts from a client the day of picking up their animals.

Linda was absolutely fantastic. If your are looking for a transporter or considering her as a transporter you cannot go wrong with her. She picked up our sweet little puppy from Dayton, Ohio from the breeder and transported him to us in Charleston, WV. She communicated with me very well throughout the whole process even before booking her as the transporter. She answered any questions I had and at that in a timely manner. The day of pick up she let me know when she was in her final preparation stage and headed to the pick up destination. She arrived at the pickup destination on time (in fact about 30 or so mins earlier which is even better). She texted me when she got there and even text the breeder to let her know where she was parked at. When the breeder arrived she got him from her and sent us some pictures of him before getting back on the road to head towards us. She updated us with pictures whenever she could throughout the potty breaks during the trip. As well as she kept us updated on her eta. When she arrived to the delivery destination she handed over the puppy to my husband and all of his belongings the breeder had sent with him. And told us about how the ride went, very pleased with how well she took care of our pup. I was very nervous to use a transporter at all because I had read horror stories on a fb pet transport page and we paid lots of money $$$$ for our pup, and in this day in time you never know what someone’s motives might be. However, I trusted Linda for the job and so glad I did. She took very good care of our little puppy and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. So if you need someone for your pet transport choose Linda!!! I know I definitely will if we ever need transport again.

Franco is absolutely the best. He was so flexible, so responsive, so caring, and made what could have a been a very stressful process incredibly easy. He had to retrieve our new pup in the middle of the night, and when we met them nearly 12 hours he was nothing but kind and joyful. This is the second time I have used Brooke's service. She is a very nice and dedicated professional. This second drive I hired her for experienced delays beyond her control and not of her fault. Her two pickups were delayed by hours which put her delivery time late into the early morning hours. She still took on the drive with dedication regardless of the time. She arrived in the middle of the night with a smile on her face after what I imagine was a very long night and she had to be completely exhausted from the drive. Regardless of how tired she must have been she put my two puppies first the entire trip and took excellent care of them.

IF WE COULD GIVE A 1000 STARS WE WOULD!! Suzy (and David too!) are truly the most wonderful and diligent people. She suffered injuries that landed her in the ER the day she was to pick up our Harry, but she made the trip regardless and was nothing short of a SOLDIER! We recommend her and David to everyone who wants someone they can trust with their cherished family pet (or anything else for that matter!). The words to best sum up these two people are professional, honest, hardworking and service driven! They picked up Harry a little late (I wouldn't have made it at all considering the stitches and staples this poor woman had to endure!) and drove him from California to Illinois, all the while sending updates and pictures. And they made the trip in less than three days! I cannot express my gratitude enough and I cannot sing their praises enough!! Truly wonderful people!! We were left at the last minute to find alternate transportation on our own. It was a bad first experience using Citizen Shipper. The owner promised a refund, which he did provide, however I had to follow up a few times.

I was able to work with Mr. Matta on working out a pick up time fairly quickly due to my short notice need of a slot for my pup. He arrived at his destination within 24 hours safe and sound. The drivers were kind and respectful, keeping me updated on the status of the dog with pictures throughout the trip. I chose a rating of 4/5 stars because of the number of pets they put in one car together and general pricing, but I would recommend this business to others looking for pet transport. Good experience overall!

The breeder had a wait list and we lost our $150 deposit for the puppy we have been waiting to meet for 9 weeks. I will also be contacting the company as soon as they open tomorrow. She should not be allowed to take anymore bids. Extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism.

1st off I’m drinking champagne on a beer budget ?. The plan was to fly Los Angeles drive to Sebastopol and back catch next flight out. Now the plan definitely fits my beer budget, but the anxiety of flying and during COVID prompted me to check other options.So I posted a quote request with citizenshipper thinking no way in hell I’d get a quote meeting my budget. And I was right initially. Once all the quotes came I made up my mind that I would have a few extra drinks for anxiety and duct tape a n95 mask to my face for COVID ?. Monica along with other drivers sent available pick up dates. By this time I had made up my mind but felt the need to not waste people’s time and effort looking for new opportunities. Monica asked how could she help me, now here comes that beer budget I talked about earlier. Monica changed her bid to help me avoid some of the other issues that I would’ve had flying a puppy in the cargo area. Once I booked Monica I began to second guess myself wondering what type of service would I get and what condition would my puppy be in when she gets here. At this point Monica set my expectations and I’m praying that it goes to plan and that my puppy is traumatized. Well let me say this citizenshipper should add another category to their 5star rating category and that should be a 5stars plus 1 cause that’s the Professional sevice I got. She informed me on the pick up and expected eta. Well by the 1st hour of the trip my pup had 3 accidents and through communication we both felt that this being her first ever car ride it mayBe a good idea to do more fluids than food to avoid vomiting but that we’ll play it by ear. Now beyond this point you’d thought she was a mind reader. By the time I thought to check in to get location and updates beautiful photos, Videos and communication just started rolling in. I don’t think that I contacted her 1st throughout the entire trip. Update communications that her anxiety and nervousness has settled, photos of her 1st time on the leash to being comfortable on the leash to videos of a very happy puppy. When they got to house my pup gave me the look as to say what do you want I’m riding with my family ❤️ And at this point I knew that I was blessed with Good professional people providing a service. And I appreciate them. You can do yourself a favor by booking MONICA B a 5star plus 1 service but do your pet a favor by booking MONICA B someone who’s gonna take care of them. I am so grateful for Cory of PetJetz. In this era of Covid-19 I needed to fly my Maine Coon back from Arizona to New York without making the trip myself. Along came Cory. He flew with my cat, from Phoenix to LaGuardia, in cabin. Cory sent photos when he boarded the flight. He kept in communication via texts and phone calls. His price was reasonable. My cat arrived in New York safe and sound. Cory does not have a website but his reviews are so outstanding I went with my gut feeling that PetJetz is the correct choice. It absolutely was. I was extremely nervous about intrusting the care of my puppy to JetPetz but they put me at ease right away with their quick communications. They coordinated with the breeder regarding drop off times and other instructions. There was only one hiccup in communications the day before with the breeder when I had a message from him that he still had not been contacted regarding flight information. Perhaps it was because it was on a weekend but that made my anxiety level go sky high. Besides that, Theo, our courier did an excellent job and snapped us a picture during the flight. They ended up having to switch the flight due to the initial flight reaching their limit on pets. I was kept apprised when they had straightened it out. They did a great job of being flexible when they were thrown a curveball. Also, their price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience and I had the best outcome with my puppy safe and secure at her new home! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER I am letting you all know who is trying to book with this shipper to NOT use her if you are a reputable breeder and do not want bad feedback or a bad reputation because she will help with that!! I booked this shipper a week in advance also texted her and confirmed day and time and all was good. Up until the day before and day of the job, I texted her multiple times also called and no response, not sure if she blocked me or is just simply ignoring me!! Very unprofessional to not even respond to let me know either way and what was going on!! Now I have to scatter and worry and stress to try and find another shipper so I don’t disappoint my buyer who already paid for their bengal kitten!!! I am very very way beyond upset about this and DO NOT recommend anyone using her if you want someone reliable or capable of doing a job, because she is NOT any of those! As I see I am not the first bad review she has gotten and honestly this site just needs to remove her from doing any and all jobs! It’s giving not only the site but us good breeders a BAD name!! So please DO NOT use this unreliable unresponsive incapable driver!!! I am currently talking with customer support to try and get her removed from the site! And get my booking fee back!! Amanda was AMAZING!!!! She brought our new fur baby from Baltic, OH to Nashville, TN. She kept us informed throughout the whole trip with pictures and GPS location. I would book her again in a heartbeat. She was a lifesaver and was able to do the delivery on short notice and on a holiday weekend. She's the best!!!!
