I had ppl doing the same amount of stop & play outside times for ur pup going for $200+ more without even including food. I told him it’s unrealistic but it would be a dream to have my pup socialized w dogs and cats otw. He went through 30+ sellers to find ppl with the same goals for their 3 cats. He included puppy food, constant updates on location & even puppy’s mood. Would book again 10/10

I am extremely satisfied with the transportation of my pitbull Casper from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. I was little worried him flying in the cabin on the plane but they sent me pictures he was very comfortable sleeping on his own seat. They were very responsive with any questions I had leading up to the transportation and were very good about updating me with pictures and the status of travel during trip. My dog arrived happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Nico & mica to anyone looking to transport a pet.

I had felt this puppy could not deal with going in cargo for our trip to Miami where we are with family to ride out the pandemic. Our puppy’s name is Leo. Leo is a sweet, gentle, but anxious pup. Joe was excellent about getting me the first available date. When he came to pick up Leo, we spent about 15 minutes allowing Leo to warm up to Joe. Leo was to be dropped the next day. During the journey, Joe sent pictures and updates about Leo’s eating and relieving himself. It was good to know the pup was traveling in an air conditioned , clean , and loving environment. When he arrived home in Miami he was happy and healthy. Joe is great with pets, cost efficient, time efficient and reliable. They brought home our newest family member and in our house, they are family, so very important piece for us.This worked out so perfectly. There is a lot of moving parts, but it was so smooth. Contact before the trip was outstanding. Communication, all through the trip, about every 3 hours, to give updates. Pictures, GPS screen shots and hotel info also given. You can tell they love animals and are very experienced. From the set up to the end, it was amazing! They did some miles to bring our girl Coco home! They even gave her a bath, she is a working dog and was with the alpacas, so she loves the mud :) We hope to use their services again soon!!!

I honestly don’t know how Jesse is still able to conduct business on this site. Clearly there are many reviews here that reflect what I experienced. Booked +1.5 weeks in advance and pay in full up front (ratings, reviews and conversation put me at ease). She stopped texting the day of pickup and never showed. It’s now 2 days later and yet to respond or refund. If the CCAD account if still operational after this, be very afraid as these people are predators exploiting this platform through fraudulent means. Worst experience and they should be ashamed

He picked him on schedule and delivered him within the window of time he said he would. He provided me with an app so I could track his progress. When I text him along the way for updates, he responded quickly and keep me feeling comfortable about my puppy. 3 day journey can't be easy but he was efficient and professional. Crystal and her partner were very fast at delivering my dog back to me. Unfortunately they were not able to pick up my dog on the day I had set for his pick up. It ended up getting pushed back two days which became inconvenient for my family. Crystal assured me that the pick up day is always the hardest, but I would recommend giving yourself a window on an extra day or two. After the pick up I had to message her and ask for updates throughout the trip. It would’ve been nice to get updates without having to ask every time. I was given access to her GPS which was very nice to see their location. As far as delivery, they made my delivery date which was awesome! My dog looked healthy, happy and calm when I got him back. I’m very thankful that Crystal and her partner were able to bring my dog home to me. I’m rating them a 4/5 because I wasn’t too happy about the service I received at the beginning of the trip. The communication was very rocky and I wasn’t pleased with how my pick up and delivery was compared to an amazon transaction. Towards the end of the trip I was just happy to know and see pictures that my dog was safe, healthy, happy, and taken care of. I was very surprised they made the trip from SC to CO so fast and it was a nice, peaceful handoff.
