He worked to put together another route in order to bring it all the way from Virginia to California. On top of that, he was able to get it here in 3 days! Paul was very professional. He met us and decided to drive right away to get our new puppy from a breeder. He was responsible with our cash that was requested from the breeder. Our puppy was delivered to us on time as Paul said he would be. Paul sent us updates as he was driving the 4 1/2 hours to Pennsylvania and talked with me when he met the breeder and got the puppy. He sent pictures and texts on the ride back home to Long Island! Paul was helpful in giving us tips to care for the puppy as he brought the puppy home to us. Had a great experience with the shipper. Nicole was on time and picked pups up and was very polite and friendly. She had a Honda Odyssey with AC and for the pups and the van was nice and clean . She drove the pups 1500 miles from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania. She said it would take 2 days but she made it there on time and ahead of schedule . The pups where well taken care of and she even gave us a GPS signal to track her every step of the way I would highly recommend her for any of your pet shipping needs . In April '20, our 2 yr old Bichon was picked up by a very nice couple who reassured me that they would send pictures and videos throughout the trip. They answered any questions I had before leaving. They found a way to fit my dog, her things, and two other dogs in their minivan/SUV. It took two days for a 800 plus mile trip, but it could have been sooner if they delivered at midnight. They made it my choice on when to deliver her. She arrived with care. I received a few pictures and videos via email and texts during the trip. I was informed regularly of their whereabouts. On the day of delivery, they were kind to give options on what time to deliver our dog to her destination. They were very respectful and considerate. When they arrived, they arrived in a large SUV. They were very sympathetic of our situation and had asked all the right questions about Rocket. It made me nervous that she wasn't the only dog in the SUV because Rocket was not used to other dogs. They assured me that Rocket and each pup in their care are given individual and customized care. They assured me that they would take frequent bathroom breaks. I told them that she gets motion sickness and they took care to give her the love and attention that she needed for the long 2 day trip. There was a week delay on the initial pick up, but it was due to their family emergency. They reached out to me and they arrived on the agreed upon date and time. I thought the rate for the amount of care and convenience was fair. It was cheaper than transporting a vehicle which doesn't require frequent stops to walk, feed, and use the toilet. It was also easy to pay the fee. I received a couple of emails confirming receipt of payment. The website made it easy to address any of my concerns regarding payment. There was a small deposit required which is to be expected. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would use them again. They really made it easier for my family to cope saying goodbye to Rocket.

I will like to praise the day Louis came through for me I reside in Texas and my dog was left back home in Miami, Florida the day he was scheduled to pick up my dog(Chase) a German Shepherd he was taken/stolen from the residence. I asked Louis can he give me a minute to get with my neighbors to find him a minute turned to 3hrs I then told Louis I apologize and will have to cancel until further notice. About a half hour later the dog was recovered I called Louis back and ask can he still do the job he stated that he was in bed for the night he called me back and said I’m on my way! I stayed on the phone with Louis until he got back to Miami mind you he was leaving West Palm Beach, Fl. 3hr drive from the schedule pick up residence, he took pictures letting me know Chase was in his care and on the road they went straight to me with frequent photo updates when he contacted me later they were 9hrs in of a 21hr drive. He made it to Texas I’d say in 18hours tops. A lifesaver!! I recommend Louis he goes above and beyond and gets the job done.

Laura did a wonderful job of delivering our new puppy Nova to our home. Video updates each day and GPS tracking the whole way. Also checked in a few days later to see how Nova was doing. He got Diarrhea, so Laura suggested a food change and 2 brands. Next day after food change all better saved me a trip to the vet. Her no paws on ground policy is great keeps your animals safe from things like Parvo, parasites, distemper etc. Nova is still doing well, thanks for everything again.

If i could rate more than 5 stars I would. Sharon was very helpful during the entire process and helped make sure that the trip was successful. At the time I thought that both Chris (the driver) and Sharon would be in the vehicle so that one could be sure that my pet was okay while the other was driving but in the end only Chris was able to make the trip. However, Chris was great with my pet and sent frequent updates on her status throughout the trip. On top of this, Chris made sure to work and address an issue we had with the car hauler during the trip due to in climate weather and was very responsive the whole way. Lastly, not only was Chris communicative and helpful, he completed the trip sooner than even quoted which allowed me to save tons of money on my trailer rental. I am glad I found their service and will use them again in the future if I need to move again. Highly recommend!

Excellent, fantastic, wonderful!!!!!!!! There aren’t enough words for the care and love our cat received from pick to delivery with Ms Clay Hardy and Spoiled with Care. Ms Clay went above and beyond and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process of picking our cat up at LAX and flying her to Philadelphia. Ms Clay was a fabulous communicator and answered every little question I had day or night. Ms Clay was professional, extremely friendly, caring, and really put me at ease under what was a stressful event for me. I felt very confident that Ms Clay and taken care of every detail and I had nothing to worry about. She let us know when she picked our cat up, ready for the flight, and texted the minute they landed. The person I was sending the dog to was very pleased as was I! Jupiter was picked up at 7 am and delivered to Long Island the next morning. Crates had nice beds in them and I was able to send along some personal things for him (chewies, toys) to keep him happy on his long drive. Alvin, the driver, was wonderful as I put Jupiter in his crate (and cried). He is very good with the dogs and let them out for a walk around every 2-3 hours Melissa was good about keeping us both informed as to what was going on! I will definitely use this team in the future!

So grateful and satisfied! Kelly drove my two cats and bulldog for 30 hours straight and kept us updated on his location at all times. My dog has anxiety and is very afraid of strangers, but Kelly made sure she was comfortable and never forced her to do something she didn't want to do. Due to her anxiety, she unfortunately caused a messy accident on her doggy bed (which I knew she would do and was so worried about the whole time). This is a very hard review to write. I can not urge you enough to stay away from this transporter.I booked them last week to transfer my pup and all seemed fine.Anglea based out of Orlando was more than accmodating.The day she was supposed to pick up my pup she jammed her toe and one hour before pickuo she cancelled on me . What was very strange was she would not share her GPS location , she had no references, and kept leaving me guessing about her pickup. This was very strange and I cant even tell you how much this upset my family a day before our wedding.I do not think she even started the route anyway and had no intention of picking up my pup . I would never book this shipper despite the reviews you see and would question if they are legit. Please when you book a shipper make sure they are willing to show u a GPS location when they head out and they have adequate references and a presence online . I have to give this shipper zero stars

Mary’s the best! It was a great experience with her transporting my little Netherland dwarf bunny that was 10 hours away to my home!
