She was so great! This was my first time doing something like this so I was nervous at first but everything went great and I knew my bunny was in good hands with her. She was so nice and also updated us with a picture of our bunny once she got him. She had him where she could also check on him easily to make sure he was doing okay. She was also so quick! She actually was able to pick up and deliver our rabbit the day I made my account on here. I was VERY skeptical and wary of this whole pet transportation situation. I was not at all comfortable, this being my very first experience, but Kala was very understanding and accommodating. I figured since the price was absolutely amazing that there had to be a catch. Nope, not one time was I worried. I had pics sent along the way and she responded to all my messages. My schedule was extremely flexible for the pickup and delivery so she was able to arrive ahead of schedule. Very happy with my experience!

The day of John realized that the person I was buying the dog from was a scammer, but he still waited 4 hours over his time to be sure that person wasn't coming. I was sad I couldnt get the dog because of the scammer but im happy John looked out for me and pointed out all scammers and told me what they do, he also does his research well. He phoned initially to ensure that he had all of the details necessary to pick up our very large show dog from an AKC Dog Show. Ronnie had phoned the person that he was picking the dog up from at the show, ensured that he knew every detail that would make the dog comfortable for the long drive back to me - all while continuing to reach me by phone so that I never had one worry as to how the dog was doing and their location. This was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. When I booked our puppy transport I was contacted by one person. Then when we were arranging information it was another person. Pick up was with another person. You get no communication directly with drivers. It's through a 3rd party that delivers messages. When I asked if our puppy was drinking I received a text from a number that said yes!!!, then another right after from a different number saying very little. We were trying to communicate and they would not reply with information of their location. It was a constant battle of trying to get accurate time frames and always a delay due to some reason. I don't even blame the drivers I truly feel it's the owner of this business that runs it this way. I was told the drivers are not aloud to speak while driving, even though their are two drivers. A quick text is all it would have taken. I was offered a $50 credit because of all the delays and issues before the delivery but was to afraid to act on in fear they would not delivery puppy because not paid in full. My breeder said this changed her forever and now will deliver her puppies through family.
