After I took them inside I gave him back his crates. Before putting them back into his van, he unassembled each one and sanitized it. A portion of what he earns is used to help veterans with PTSD. This was my first time using Citizen Shipper. I was hesitant at first since it was my first time and I did not know anybody who has used this service before. After a few bids, I found the right person to transport my lovely puppies to me. He Erich picked up 3 puppies in Houston, TX and another 3 puppies in Bowie, TX and delivered to Los Angeles, CA. He did this in record time. I originally planned on flying out to Texas and making the drive myself, but did not want to travel alone without the necessary equipment. Luckily Erich was able to make arrangements and pick up my puppies within 48 hours and deliver them the following day! How amazing is that? He picked up the puppies on Sunday from Texas and arrived in southern California on Monday evening!!! He kept me up to date about their whereabouts and the puppies' health throughout their drive. I felt extremely comfortable knowing that my pups were in good hands. I will definitely be saving his contact information and using his services again and/or recommending him to others. Wow. I just can't explain how thrilled I am that he was able to make such a long drive (24 hours of driving) in such a short time. Thank you, Erich for your help and care for the pups!!!

This was a great experience. It was a first for us and friends and family were worried about us using this type of service for our new puppy. It was great. Our 8 week old pup was tended to, and we were updated with photos and messages. The driver even bathed our sweet pup 2 times along the way because he had some fleas from pickup at the breeder. Jetpetz was a great way to have my puppy Rugby (9 weeks old) to me quickly. I worried if someone was going to drive my pet across the country then he would have to be exposed to parvo or other canine diseases. Theo with Jetpetz flew in the cabin with Rugby. I was happy to hear that he did not have to fly in the cargo compartment. Theo texted pictures to us several times and let me know how the trip was going. Most of the time the crate door was open and often Timber rested right on Suzanne’s lap. Now that’s riding in comfort! Joseph was great. We had an agreement with another driver about three weeks ago, but the driver was not able to complete the job as agreed. After contacting citizenshipper I was instructed to reposted the request, which I did around 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Joseph was on his way up to Connecticut and my house was on the way north. He contacted me we negotiated a fair price — he came by my home, which was on his way north. He efficiently transferred the table and chairs to the Bronx, New York very and completed the job by 10:30 PM. on the same day. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my experience has been with N&D transport [Nicole and Derrick]. From the moment I met them they were extremely kind ..sweet ..calm and caring.. They have done many transports and are very confident and know exactly what to do and how to do it.. Their vehicles are set up with all the supplies needed including crates carriers and even have food and water bowls attached inside crate so they do not move around.. It is obvious how much love is put into the pets being transported. I couldn’t have made a better choice .. I would 100% use them again.. They kept in contact and my very nervous kitty was comfortable and completely taken care of.. They truly are 2 of the most wonderful and loving people I have ever met!!

This was our first experience with a pet transport but I will definitely say I would use it again. After a number of discussions with various transporters, we ended up choosing Melissa over the others. My impression was she would actually care for our puppy, not just transport and that was important to us. She answered all of our questions before we even decided with no issues. When we finally decided to go with them, they were professional and wanted to know as much about our pet as possible; giving us a phone number to keep in contact. They drove to Oklahoma and then brought our Casper to us in upstate New York. All along the way they sent us updates on where they were, pictures and little videos of Casper. She picked up my 3-legged cat, who was anemic at the time, staying with my boyfriend in Philadelphia, PA, and escorted her home safe and sound to Jackson, MS. With her health condition, I didn't want her to be shipped in the cargo section of the plane, and wanted an animal lover to keep her company. Amy sent me pictures and ETAs along the way and even called me to ask how she could be soothed when she was "meowing" relentlessly. It turned out that my sweet cat became calm when she heard my voice on the speakerphone. When I signed up with Amy, I realized she didn't have as many reviews as other people, but she talked with me on the phone for 45 min getting to know one another. It turns out that her main gig is transporting shelter animals from one shelter to another to keep them alive and well. It just so happened that she looked at Citizen Shipper and her route matched up perfectly with mine. If I could give her 100 more 5-star reviews I would. She is wonderful!
