I am so happy that I chose Victoria to transport my rescue dog, Raine. Victoria took time each day to take Raine on walks and even treated Raine with a “doggie donut” from Dunkin’ Donuts. When picking a transporter, it was important for me to find someone who had experience working with rescue dogs as Raine was severely mistreated by her previous owners. Have to say how impressed I was with the service she provided. Drove my pup from Southern California all the way to CT for me. I was a nervous dog mom from the beginning but her and her sister kept me updated and sent me pictures during their breaks. They were very quick in delivery and showed up to the drop off location very close to their projected time considering how many other pets they were probably transporting on their way and other potential delays. I was able to see their location through an app the entire trip, which allowed me and my mom at the drop of point to keep tabs on their journey. Jackson, my 3yr old beagle, is a bit spoiled and they accommodated him well. They provided their own crate for him while on the road which was equipped with a bed and food/water bowl. They recommended I send him with a blanket and food that should last the trip. I also sent him with one of his favorite toys and a shirt with my scent in hopes to provide some comfort to him. From what they told me of the trip, he didn’t appear to need them because of how attentive they were to him. If they had any questions or concerns with his behavior, they did not hesitate to message me for clarity. Pricing was extremely reasonable/competitive and Sabrina was willing to work within whatever budget I had. I strongly recommend her service and she would be the first person I would reach out to again if I needed to get Jackson anywhere.
