I gave Crystal 2 stars for various reasons. One is based on the assumptions I made that I hope others don't make. One was that transporting animals is a business in which making money is important. This translates to carrying as many pets as possible between points. If my dog had come directly from Alabama to Colorado, it would have taken approximately 19 hours. Instead it took 33 hours with stops along the way. I understand that Crystal did not sleep after she picked up my dog as dogs were barking so her helper took over some of this driving. This man was observed by the previous owner to be smelling intensely of cigarette smoke. So if your dog is sensitive to smells, this may not be ideal for your dog. Crystal does offer GPS tracking. This did now work for me, however, because I had comcast email and not gmail. I don't know if gmail is the only email system that works for her GPS system. The most disturbing aspect was how the previous owner of the dog I adopted was treated by Crystal. The previous owner (PO) talked to me within 24 hours after putting my dog in the van and I took notes. This is what I heard: PO received a text from Crystal to say window for pickup was 10-12 noon. By 930 PO had not heard anything so she asked Crystal again for a time Crystal's response at 940 was to say "Don't text me again. I've already given you a time frame." This response seems on the rude side. As the PO explained to me, she had wanted to give the dog rescue remedy, following my instructions, an hour prior to leaving. Hence, she wanted to know when Crystal would be coming. When the PO gave her the vial of rescue remedy, Crystal asked if she "shoved it in her mouth?" Crystal also added, "By the way USPS doesn't even give you a 2 hour window." The PO asked that the fleece blanket not be put over the crate because as she explained to Crystal, the dog gets hot very fast. Crystal responded with "I deliver dogs back and forth... I handle dogs from Texas. You don't think I know how to do it?" This response disturbs me as it gives the appearance of not being sensitive to the dog's needs and unprofessional conduct toward the previous owner. At the very least, I would have hoped Crystal could have shown the PO how the van really would be cooled and pointed out the vents along the sides, if indeed there were any. When my dog arrived she was in the very back of the van. I know she had been there for at least 2 hours because Crystal had indicated how far away from me she was in the prior drop off. I have no idea how cool the van was in the back on a very hot day. Crystal had her male helper deliver my dog. He was very nervous and insistent on wanting the balance paid. So the welcome to my dog was delayed by this man pressuring me to pay immediately. I had given him or Crystal no reason to doubt payment. In fact, Crystal had quoted the wrong amount of money required at pickup and an extra amount was paid by my daughter who helped with the transaction. As you read my review, you may think that nothing bad really happened. That is true. My dog was not dehydrated BUT she was extremely stressed and I was left with a sour taste in my mouth at Crystal's lack of professional behavior and rudeness toward the previous owner. I would not chose to use her service again. This was the first and hopefully last time I transport a dog by van.

Brooke was amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! She obviously loves animals, and it shows in her work. She delivered my German shepherd puppy Sokka, and we got frequent updates with adorable pictures and videos. We were able to follow her journey through her gps, which is a nice touch that no one else offered. I would rehire her in a heartbeat and will be referring her to all my friends.

He didn’t communicate very much with me with updates through the trip as I would had liked (from Monroe, NC to New York, NY) because he explained he was on the road and couldn’t. It’s understandable! She provide status updates of how our puppy was doing, and their current location throughout the drive by text with pictures. The stopped for breaks along the way and we got updates during this breaks as well. Our puppy arrived safe and healthy. All in all, we are very happy with the service Mary provided. We felt like she really enjoyed transporting our puppy and was appreciative that we chose her. Her price quote was neither the highest nor the lowest, but we got a really good vibe chatting with her before making our decision. Finally, in these COVID-19 times we were very happy to see Mary wear a mask, as did we, before she took our puppy out of her car and handed her over to us. I can not speak highly enough about these amazing humans! We chose Davidson Transport to transport our precious Willow from Georgia to California. I searched high and low, looked at all kinds of different transport companies. Non of them sparked my intrest until I saw Karen and Steve's message. The way they introduced themselves to me told me they were the perfect match for us. From the beginning they have been amazing to deal with! We were looking to get her delivered to us on a certain date with in a certain time frame, Davidson transport more then happy to work out the details and wait about a week and a half (at my request) to make sure it was the best time for us. Before Karen and Steve picked up our precious cargo, all the details were worked out in a group text message, and everyone felt completley comfortable sending this giant 85 pound lap dog across the country. When they arrived in Georgia to her old home, i got a text and an estimated day and time, which was the perfect time for us. During her trip myself as well as the old owners got pictures of our precious. They stopped and took potty breaks for her as she needed. When they noticed she needed playtime, they took her and got some good exercise for her. Transporting a giant homesick dog can only look made easy but these folks right here. They treated our baby like she was a part of her family! The excellent service they provide is invaluable! I would give them all the stars ? in the universe! Nick is truly amazing! I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I knew from the start my puppy was in great hands. My puppy arrived fed, bathed and super happy! Be warned of lower quotes because Nick only drives with one dog. After doing my homework I found out that the lower quotes drove with 4-5 dogs in kennels. It is worth spending the extra money for peace of mind and someone with a ton of experience. Dana did a wonderful job of transporting 2 of our Airedale Terrier Puppies our to the west coast. One to LA and one to Grants Pass, Oregon. She was very prompt, showed up early even to pick up our pups. Then she got them to their new homes quickly and safely. Randy was great!! It took a little bit to connect through the messaging in this site at first, but once we got in contact, he was great! He’s a total pro and has been doing this for years. He works hard and obviously cares about the safety of the animals. He understands that traveling is not easy for most cats and dogs, and is very conscientious of that. For instance, was very mindful of placing my cat and dog together at first, then moving my cat to her own corner when more dogs joined the trip, knowing that it would be easier for her to be on her own. Very reliable and a good, honest guy. Would definitely use him again and recommend to anyone!!

I CONTACTED THE BREEDER WHO INFORMED ME THAT SHE TOLD THEM TO FEED HER EVERY 2 HRS AND THAT THEY WERE LYING! THE BREEDER GAVE THEM HER REGISTRATION, SHOT RECORDS AND PARENTS INFO!... ON TOP OF DELIVERING A LIFELESS PUP, LYING, AND KEEPING INFORMATION THEY ALSO STOLE $300 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS THAT WAS FOR THE BREEDER!!! CHRISTINA AND HANNAH TOOK THEIR PAYMENT ALONG WITH THE BREEDERS PAYMENT! I ENDED UP PAYING THE BREEDER AND REQUESTING A REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING OR HONERING MY REFUND REQUEST!!! What a fantastic experience! Kim & Jason were extremely nice, caring, & professional. They kept in touch with both sides of the transfer of our 2 cats and provided plenty of updates and pictures. Their vehicle was exactly the large van they showed in their profile. They stayed with the animals at pet friendly hotels and would let them out to walk around and stretch their legs at night. I would no hesitate to use them again in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to transfer small pets.

They were fantastic! I was very skeptical allowing a stranger to pick up my new puppy and drive it almost 1,000 miles but they couldn’t have done anything better to put my skepticism at ease. They communicated with me the entire way and allowed me to track them using gps. They were also very nice people. They didn’t hesitate when the breeder asked to take their picture and a picture of their license plate. They even offered to let her take a photo of his drivers license. Good choice!
