I was disappointed with Galaxy Auto Shipping only because they did not do what do what we had originally agreed upon. When they had agreed to taking my shipment, I was assured that there would be no problem finding a shipper for my motorcycle from Alpharetta to Flagstaff. I was informed that I would be contacted by the driver approximately one day before the pick up, which was about 4 or 5 days away. The pick up date finally came and I still had not heard anything so I contacted GAS LLC and they informed me that there was no way someone would be able to take my bike all the way to Flagstaff and that I would instead have to drive myself down to Phoenix two hours away and pick it up myself. I asked for a change in price since it was not the previously agreed upon drop off and i was told that they could not change the price. I was leaving to drive myself to Flagstaff the next day so i did not have any other options. My grievance is that we had originally agreed to a contract with a specific pick up and drop off location and when that changed, i should have been allowed a reduction in price (I had already paid the citizen shipper fee and didn't want to miss out on that money as well). Other than my stated issue, GAS LLC was polite and communicated decently and my bike made it to Phoenix undamaged.

D&K Shippers are EXCELLENT. I read dozens and dozens of pet transport Servive reviews from all over the country - because bringing our newborn Brittany puppy from Missouri to the New York Area-during Corona - was a huge concern. I read about how D&K was a reliable, dedicated husband and wife team with more than 15 years experience. But texting back and forth with Krystal (Wife component of the team) made me sure I found the service to safely, happily bring our pup Talulla to her new home. The family in Missouri where Talulla was picked up (door to door service) texted me a photo of the well organized transport vehicle, The transport van/truck was filled with cases of bottled water and comfortable dogs - and a couple of kittens — looking out from their pristinely clean transport boxes. The Jefferson City breeder hadn’t heard of D&K, but upon meeting them and seeing the conditions of the pets, made a note of their Arkansas home-based contacts to keep for future trips. (I mention D&K being Arkansas-based because there are a few different D&K Transporters listed on line...I used this Arkansas-based Husband and wife team.) Krystal texted pictures of the journey as they stopped for food, water, and “business” breaks along the way. Talulla was picked up July 7 late afternoon in Missouri and was due in Bethel, Connecticut on July 10. But Krystal texted to say she had made better than anticipated time during the 1,150 mile drive, so we would have our sweet puppy in Connecticut by mid afternoon July 9th! There was a tree surgeon’s large bucket truck blocking our road when D&K arrived. Instead of asking the truck to move, Krystal cradled our weeks old Brittany Spaniel puppy in her arms and walked her to our front door. Talulla was relevant to say goodbye to her ‘transport mommy”-but after showering Krystal with puppy kisses, Talulla let me hold her? I’m a long-time New York City person...I’m not prone to writing reviews — I try to stay personally silent on social media. But D&K did such an extraordinary job for us - I’m compelled to post this review. In our experience, you will not find a better service to carry and care for your precious cargo. So overall, super positive review for Tonya and her helper, Mike. She was so incredibly accommodating on a super short-notice cross-country move. She actually ended up moving our belongings out of our previous apartment all on her own--she didn't have a helper for that part of it. It was my first military move, and I didn't know all of the details the military needed for their paperwork; Tonya was actually able to provide some insight on what to expect and what might help the process easier. She's incredibly thorough with everything she does, from paperwork to discussing details. She kept me updated as she moved, drove, and even sent pictures. She's personable and chatty, and even took the time out of her *very* busy schedule to drive an hour one-way to meet us in person before moving our belongings. Incredible woman, and she really does know her stuff. Her experience shows through in her process and the precautions she takes, both concerning the mechanics of moving and also with concerns to COVID safety measures. The *only* thing I'd advise others of is to give Tonya the patience and flexibility she shows you. She deserves at least that much. She went to incredible lengths to make sure we got our things into our home as soon as possible--and I mean *incredible* lengths. After an entire day of moving, she still made the trip down on a late Saturday night to ensure we had a bed to sleep on after sleeping on the floor for two weeks with our infant son. She stays busy through her day with her business and taking care of her own daughter, and thus timing isn't always spot on because each move is different. She took great care of our things and she'll make sure to take care of you too.

Wow! I am so thankful that the puppy shipper was able to make this so easy for me. I unexpectedly ended a vacation when my dad had a stroke and now I’m at his house helping him.
