Hire Kimberly straight away! After doing a ton of research about how to get our new pup across the country, we hired her. I was nervous about the process, but let me tell you: Kimberly was FANTASTIC. Incredibly quick, honest communication from the start- with both me and our breeder who she was picking up from. And once the trip started, she texted and sent pics the entire way and, most importantly, took wonderful care of our pup. I will hire her again in a second if we need another transport. Joe did an incredible job getting my boat (22ft Pontoon) from Florida to Kentucky. The communication was excellent throughout the process. As Joe was bringing the boat up, my primary trailer strap broke. Joe stopped and found a replacement. That's 5 star service!! I can't say thanks enough and would use Joe again in a heartbeat.

This was the best experience I could have asked for. Big addressed all of my concerns prior to the travel date. He also spoke to the breeder to answer his questions and finalize the travel plans. Traveling issues, including a rainstorm that sent Noah out to Home Depot for wood, made this a particularly annoying delivery for Wendy. But in the entire trip, the one thing that I wasn't concerned about was the care of our 8 week old pup. GPS tracking, plenty of picture updates and a near obsessive level of care let me know that this shipper means serious business about taking good care of animals. Our girl arrived healthy and happy after a 1400 mile trip, and my own real complaint would be how sad the puppy was seeing her road mama go!

Joe was amazing! He drove my dog from NY to AZ in less than a week. He consistently sent me updates and photos of my dog. I will be using him again in the future and highly recommend him. AMAZING SHIPPER. My super hyper German Shepard girl was a bit nervous as first when we loaded her up. But a few hours later Kara was sending me photos of her having a great time. I got tons of photos twice a day going on long walks and she even got to play in the ocean for the very first time. Riley arrived safely in CA from Texas in about 2 1/2 day’s and you could tell she was well fed and taken care of. Could not have been happier.

Joletta was a warm, compassionate person. She was just exactly who I would want to entrust my puppy for the 1900 mile journey to my grandson. She kept me informed and even gave me her GPS route to follow her when she got close to my son’s home. Her car was immaculate, with no “doggie” smells proving to me she cleaned and disinfected between shipments and kept the dogs clean while traveling. Her price was extremely competitive. I would not hesitate to use Joletta again. I wish I could post the video of my son and grandson taking the Anatolian puppy out of her car. Precious!

If you are looking for someone super reliable, fast and affordable look no more. Jim and his wife were in constant communication with us, drove 1,100 miles non-stop and went the extra mile to take care of our puppy. They are absolutely wonderful! They committed with me on when they were arriving to pick up the puppy, they shared frequent updates on how the puppy was doing on the trip and even several pictures (including the picture of when the puppy was picked up). This transport guy Joseph has a very short temper and even threaten me not to post a negative review since he has all my information.
