Clinton is a very nice man and certainly has a way with dogs. I needed to transport Lulu, my cousin Paul's beloved dog, from Morrilton, AR to Durham, NC after Paul passed. Clinton was available and arrived to pick her up from the vet within the scheduled time frame. At the last minute she needed medication, which he gave her on schedule as they traveled. He was even gracious enough to stop at Petco to pick up food, since the vet's office forgot to give him the bag that I had purchased for her. Clinton kept me updated with frequent pictures and locations, and Lulu looked perfectly relaxed. When they arrived, Lulu did not want him to leave, the best testament to the care that she had received. I would highly recommend Clinton to anyone who is needing to transport a precious pet, they will be in good hands.

Very unsatisfied! Terrible Communication! Communication was very slow the day before trying to confirm and then the day of pick up Ms. Kimberly text and asked for the telephone number to the person she was picking up my dog from and never called her until after pick up time. We both called her and left messages and I text her with no response. My dog was supposed to be picked up at 6pm, after six she text and told me she just got off the phone with the person she was picking up my dog from and she is having car trouble. (FYI- she should have called me first or sometime as I am the one who scheduled with her and will pay her). I cancelled my reservation. After I cancelled she text back and said good luck, never apologized or offered another solution. My children were devastated! I do not recommend this transporter to anyone who likes fast efficient communication!

Driver is super rude and doesn’t live up to the standards. Scheduled pickup time was last Wednesday I called him on Monday and Tuesday and got hanged up a few times. So I texted him and he said he’s still in Florida and needs to go to Texas first and at the end come to Illinois. So I was like well, being that late isn’t reason why I chose to work with you. But what’s the new ETA? He gets pissed and asks why are you so impatient and calls me foolish, silly and selfish etc... Later on the communication process is painful as always. Finally he arrived in Champaign a week later than his estimated time and picked up my dog to New York. But when my dog gets here, he’s certainly not feeling well. My dog is potty trained and well behave animal but when he gets off, I found pee and stool in the kennel which shows sign of the driver didn’t let my dog out even for a short walk at gas station or in-between breaks. Seriously? You were a week later than scheduled pickup time and having attitude towards your customer. But why give my dog a hard time? I wish Citizen Shipper would allow pictures in reviews so I could send pictures of the messy pee and poop all over the kennel along with screenshots of rude text messages that were sent to me. It’s a huge disappointment and I wouldn’t trust this driver to transport things that are important, at least live animals!

Not many transporters would have taken this trip on. But, Jacob went out of his way to make it work. He had to build a carrier that fit inside the back of his truck to transport 3 Rams for us. Who goes out of their way to do this?? He kept in touch with us the whole time and even sent pictures! They arrived safe and sound and on time! We have horses from time to time that need transporting and I have found my “go to” guy!! I highly recommend Jacob! Thank you so much, Jacob!
