We couldn't find just the right puppy locally so we hired a transport service to pick up our new pup, but at the last minute the service we hired had to cancel. We took a chance on Bubba's Traveling Pet Companion turned out to be the best decision ever! Leanne kept us informed the entire trip from beginning to end with pictures and videos of how the trip was going and most important how the pup was doing. She planned over a thousand mile trip carefully with many stops for much needed rest for the both of them. Our pup was the only passenger and throughout she treated him with love as if he was her own. Even made a stop for the two of them to pick out a new toy together. She arrived on time and had all the papers, blankets, toys, and food we needed to start our new lives together . We highly recommend Bubba's. Would definitely use again. It wasn’t the cheapest bid but I believe you get what you pay for. I was moving cross country and could not afford to have a driver change the pick up date or cancel at the last minute. After reading Shawn’s reviews I was confident he would not let me down. Shawn’s brother, Charles, was the driver. He arrived on time in a nicely outfitted sprinter van with a clean spacious cage. I just needed to provide a leash and some food. I received daily updates / pics via text. He arrived in VA two days early after first coordinating with me. Most importantly, our dog arrived happy and healthy.

Patsy took care of our itty bitty Miniature Schnauzer puppy very well during the 1800 mile drive from Arkansas to California. Very disappointed and do not recommend! I scheduled my shipment with this driver over a month ago. He said he would be about a week for delivery. As you can see any many of his reviews, he does not keep his commitments. I decided to give the guy a chance, and that was a mistake on my part. He has continued to push out the delivery date with excuse after excuse. I've been very patient throughout the process until now. I haven't heard back from him in over 4 days, when I have sent multiple messages asking for and update. Now I'm working to try to get my money back from citizen shipper. I would highly discourage you from trusting Stekli Ventures with your shipment unless you are willing to wait months for delivery and waste plenty of time while he strings you along every couple days. I even went and got the delivery all ready for him as he said he would be picking it up that day, and at the last minute he said he would not be able to make it.

We couldn't ask for anything better than the service she gave us. We are located in New Jersey and my son was transporting his pet chinchillas to Indiana for his masters. We were so worried about the prices and the service and how reliable they will be. Thank God I found Monica and her son. They stayed in touch for a month with us just calming our nerves about the transportation of the pets. Finally the day came and she was here in time. 4am. I was so shocked of how on point she was since she was coming from far away. Not only she transported our chinchillas but help us with extra a lot EXTRA stuff we had which I felt bad but she was nothing but nice about it. The chinchillas arrived on time with no issues at all along with our belongings. My son is very happy and so am I. I kept her number on my phone for future use. Honestly, I am so beyond pleased with this team. I hired, what I thought was a driver, to what became a team to transport a neglected pitbull from Boca to NY. She was in danger of being euthanized by her own family because they just didnt want her anymore, and because they were scheduled to come to NY a few days later, STILL went to get her and let her stay with them for free. They gave her that extra TLC she needed before driving her to us a few days later. They sent videos and photos and spoke to me constantly and eased my mind. We agreed on a price and we planned a time for her to meet the breeder in MO to pick up our new puppy. 24 hours before pick up, and after an agreed upon firm time, she ceased communication with myself and the breeder. She completely ghosted us with no explanation. It caused a major headache as I had to book a last minute plane flight and hotel room and travel half way across the country. It ended up costing double for the entire process. CitizenShipper accepts no responsibility for any of this and offered no help or assistance. DO NOT book this woman. Go with one of the other quotes. What a nightmare this was!! Zero stars if it was possible.
