I was very skeptical hiring someone to transport a puppy for me that I purchased 8 hours away. I had been scammed before with a puppy & my guard was up but Tim & Christina made me feel so at ease. Think twice before entrusting this carrier with your pets! Half of my dog's cross country trip was uneventful although once in Arizona the van broke down.. okay.. **** happens but what proceeded was vague deadlines of when things would be fixed that kept being pushed for DAYS. Enough was enough and I decided to drive the 6 hours to retrieve my pet. I headed to the address I was given and once I arrived I was told they were 2 more hours away from THAT location. Okay, I drive 2 more hours only to discover that they aren't there either! WHERE IS MY DOG! They tell me they are at a gas station another hour down the road.. I drive what is now a total of 9 hours one way. I pull off the exit to see Stephenie and my dog sitting on the side of the road in the blistering Arizona heat. I was beyond angry and quickly scooped up my dog and proceeded to drive 9 hours home.

I have a rescue dog who gets very fearful when I’m not around, but I knew he was in the best hands with people I could trust to take care of all his needs. Right off you could tell they were dog people. Rachel responded quickly to any of my texts, and was very friendly and warm. I also liked that they transported only one dog at a time. She sent me updates and pictures as the trip progressed, which eased my mind profusely! Her brother Travis came to pick up my “Lucky”, and as he was taking Lucky from my home to his vehicle, he was even seen giving Lucky a hug! I loved that! It was so nice to be able to relax and focus on my move, knowing Lucky was in safe hands. I can’t say enough positive things about them, and have already raved about them to all my friends. Our dogs have such a special place in our heart, and putting them in the care of people you don’t know is scary, but all fear will disappear when your pet is with them. You know they’ll be loved and returned to you safely. They are just the kindest, sweetest people ever.
