OB Brothers reassured me with their GPS tracking and experience that my product would arrive to me safely. I bought a pop up camper in Texas. OB Brothers picked up the camper trailer and drove it to my house in Surprise, AZ. Over 1,100 miles away. They stayed in contact with me when they had my trailer, sent pictures when they first picked it up, and most importantly delivered my trailer to me on time and safely. Without OB Brothers, I wouldn't have been able to purchase the camper I wanted that was in Waller, TX. I highly recommend to use them to transport your precious cargo!!

If I'm being honest I don't know how much of what happened is the business' fault or if I just got a horrible driver. I made this contract in a rush because my dog, Wilson, ended up having to get shipped from philadelphia to dallas quickly. I was told that I could have a driver to pick Wilson up the next day, Thursday, and that the trip would take a day and a half max. I booked right away and got everything ready for him to leave. The next day rolls around and he doesn't get picked up and I find out the boss got the days confused and my dog would be picked up Sunday. Then after a phone call he said he could pick him up Friday. Then I get another call aiming to reschedule and then he agreed again on pick up Friday. This frustrates me but I also understood that I made this booking suddenly and mistakes happen. Finally my dog gets picked up but I don't get any confirmation from the company only from the people who Wilson was staying with. After texting the boss I was told I would get regular updates with photos and videos at every stop and he put me in connection with the person driving my dog. I proceeded to get no updates that Friday on where my dog was or how he was doing but I figured maybe he's just really focused on driving. Finally Saturday morning I send a text asking for an update and an hour later get a picture of my dog in a crate and an update that he was fed and walked this morning. I asked for an estimated time of arrival and I got back Sunday or Monday. That got me worried because If he was picked up Friday it should have been Sunday at the latest. I proceed to get no more updates on that day and I asked where they were to get an estimate on how far they were and got no response. Then Sunday morning I asked again for another update and didn't get a response from the driver but the boss saying Wilson wouldn't arrive till Tuesday. I finally call the boss to figure out why it takes 5 days when it was supposed to be a day and a half and I find out that the driver hadn't even left Pennsylvania because they were doing other drop offs. So my dog had been in a crate for 3 days straight and I got zero communication about it. I was told the trip would take a day and a half and got no updates as to why it was taking longer and I had to actively seek out information on what was happening. Finally I told them to just return my dog to where they picked him up from and I ended up having to take off work to personally drive all the way up to pennsylvania and back. The boss also never once apologized for this and just blamed the driver. He told me he fired the driver and how the driver needs to communicate which is true but as the boss inform your clients about these issues and apologize because in the end they are your employee so your responsibility. In the end I spent 4 days worried about where my dog was and how he was doing and where he was. I received zero communication from anyone and not a single apology.

I would give 10 stars if I could. AAA Transport made a very stressful situation for me so much more bearable. They kept me updated and always responded quickly. I have a 1 year old Pit bull who could not be flown because of breed restrictions and the temperature. They took very good cafe of my baby. Frequent potty breaks, and nice spacious kennel, toys, treats, extra food just in case and a harness. I would definitely recommend AAA Transport and hire them again.

The two people, Lindsay and Daisy,who came for our cats were surprisingly accommodating at a tender moment when you don't know who is driving away with your pets. They put us at ease immediately with their obvious concern and showed themselves to be friendly and warm. They arrived in a van that seemed like a portable pet hotel equipped with everything. They showed up to deliver at the other end when they said they would and kept us informed along the way. This is the closest thing I have seen to PERFECT service in years.
