Alvin was fabulous! The breeder wouldn't ship the puppy and I couldn't drive the 130 miles to get him. A lot of people sent me bids but I liked how Alvin just sent me a note. He wasn't pushy and he was willing to chat. I felt very comfortable with his love of dogs and promise to get my baby to me quickly and with the least amount of trauma. He eased all my anxiety. The breeder also felt very comfortable allowing the puppy to be driven by Alvin and his team. Alice and her mother brought Charlie the finally way. They are caring ladies and the puppies were very at ease in the car. I would happily recommend Alvin and his team to anyone looking for pet transport. This was a wonderful experience, I was a little worried because I have never use a service like this. Kathleen the transporter was the best, she keep me post by sending photos and text messages, each photo show my pet was very happy and comfortable. My pet was delivered to me a day earlier than scheduled and that was great, because she was a birthday gift for my 70th birthday. After my pet was delivered, Kathleen follow up within 24 hours and that made me feel that she really care about the pets that she transport, she also told me things that she observed when she took my pet for a walk that really help me when I took her out for a walk. It would be nice if there was a process or procedure check off list for transporting pets that you would get input from Kathleen at Magic Barkit Ride. There were so many people biding and the prices were all so different and Kathleen, told me about her self and when I request the bib it was reasonable and she made me feel that my pet would be in good hands. I could not be happier with my experience!!! I have two blind dogs one of which has been having issues adjusting and is therefore somewhat aggressive. I informed them of this ahead of time and these guys were excited to take on a new challenge and went above and beyond for my boys making sure all precautions were taken to keep them happy and safe. Ended up having to send my cat along with them due to flight issues. They made sure that he was also comfortable and happy the whole way. I think this is a very good company in general, but I was not satisfied with this driver, who promised to send me a photograph of my cat before heading out and along the way, And instead let me not knowing whether she’d even picked Up ⬆️ my cat.she was extremely hard to reach and I never had the sense that she had any connection whatever with my cat. Once again I think this is a good company and I chose it because the owner seem to be so attached to the dogs she has transported. I asked if She had also transferred to Cats which I regret in retrospect, because she assigned another driver to me.
