Howard fully delivered! Picked up the vehicle on time and delivered on time where I wanted it. Except for a couple of minor hiccups that were quickly resolved, everything was great! The only thing to bear in mind is while the driver fee was fair, the fee paid to CitizenShipper was too much about in my opinion. This is no reflection on the driver, he has no control over that fee, but be sure to check that out before you commit. Otherwise as I said, great job.

My husband is just sick about what has happened to our dogs, so this is his wife leaving this deserving review. Our dog DIED during transport under their care from clear and obvious negligence. I had two dogs transported that became dehydrated and were not eating. The trip lasted from March 18th to March 21st (four days) one passed away and the other one had to be taken to the vet. Bill and Clay did nothing but hand us an insurance card. They even went so far as to deny paying for the insurance deductible and refused to reimburse us for transport fees. AFTER OUR DOG HAD DIED ON ARRIVAL. Do not use this company if you value your pet more than property.
