I cannot say enough on how amazing this experience was for all of us. Justin has great communication and kept us updated on every aspect of our Dog's travel. Justin cares for the animals in his care as if they were his own. In addition, his rates were almost half of what others were asking. This makes it a great option for rescues who have limited funds.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! We all like to see the positive reviews before shelling out good money. I took a chance as I know we all had to start somewhere and boy am I glad I did. Prior to booking Reginaldo gave me a better price than anyone and was responsive to my questions. I booked and he immediately called me. In less than 2-hours Reginaldo had picked up my boat in Florida and was headed to Maine. He sent me pics and location updates along the way. My boat was picked up at approx. 4:45 pm on 5/10 in Florida and was delivered to Maine by 10:00 pm on 5/11. Backed the boat into a not so easy driveway at 10:00 at night and unloaded it. Rusty made the process of shipping two cats to my friend a breeze. He was very easy to communicate with, very responsive, and I really appreciated his flexibility. He even picked up and delivered them early, which was amazing. I highly recommend Rusty for shipping cats because of the accommodations he's made for them in his vehicle (a big dog crate, so they don't have to stay cooped up in their little crates) and his positive attitude (I personally hate driving with whiny cats). The transport went great! There was some bumps with PayPal… But it was definitely not on either of our ends. She was very patient she called me and kept in touch with me. When the breeder was having doubts because PayPal wouldn’t go through she even offered to come back when everything was settled. Luckily we were able to settle it then and there and she was able to bring my baby home! She got her there safely and the puppy was even a little attached to her by then. I recommend her to anybody That needs it. :-) :-)

This was an incredible service from start to finish. The most charismatic and professional service I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! He consistently kept my husband and I up to date on my cat, with images and videos, and was always easily accessible through phone. He upgraded my cat to a larger carrier and made sure to provide him with occasional walks and cuddles. I could not have asked for better. Bill was very reasonable with his pricing and his service was impeccable, I was anxious to get our lab puppy from NC to NJ and was looking for next day shipping when other transporters realized that I was looking for immediate service almost all doubled or increased their bid claiming it was now a VIP trip and a solo ride. Well from the start I was looking for a solo ride and that is what Bill's provided at no extra charge. Bill the owner does the traveling and takes the responsibility. Bill's is not a service with hired drivers loading a van with crates going from one stop to another as if delivering newspapers. He is caring and kind and treats your animal as if it was his own, walking feeding, and making sure your pet has water and he keeps you updated with each stop. Even though Bill was caught in traffic and a 9-hour trip turned out to be 11 hours but Bill continued on to make the delivery as promised on the same day. from the first communication to my handshake when he was leaving I felt as if a friend had transported my puppy.I would not hesitate to call Bill's again if the need arises and I am sure it will, All I can say is Thank you my friend for the love and care you gave to our newest family member while she was under your watch full eyes. Excellent experience using JoDee to transport my springer spaniel from LA to Seattle. It was my first time ever using a service like this and JoDee constantly kept me updated with pictures and texts through the whole process to put my mind at ease (the GPS provided was also very accurate and fun to watch progress). She was also very efficient and was able to have my dog transported earlier than anticipated but was also flexible with my schedule and even took him on a hike for some exercise after a long drive while I wasn't available right away. Overall great experience and well worth the price.

Do NOT rely on Mac. He agreed to transport my son’s puppy from Ohio to New York. Initially, Mac was very responsive until 2 days before the pick up. Now he can’t be bothered to even respond to any of my texts, he left everything in limbo. My son, who has been working very hard and struggling through this pandemic will not be getting his puppy today as promised. Another disappointment in an already difficult time. I’m incredibly frustrated and upset that he took the job then bailed. He’s not reliable. I’ve learned my lesson - now I need to go pack so I can leave for Ohio. Want a job done right, do it yourself

With the little time I was able to secure my dog's transportation. Riley was very upfront and of course I had to check out his vehicle and other reviews and nothing but good ones. We can’t say enough great things about the service we received from Companion Cargo! We needed to move our mini poodle mix from Ventura county CA all the way to Western Maryland. We had never moved a pet before so were feeling somewhat overwhelmed. Ashley from Companion Cargo was phenomenal throughout the process! She was very responsive to our concerns and questions, and provided us with a step by step approach to getting our dog ready for the trip. She picked her up at our house and after getting acquainted drove her to the airport. She then flew her to the East Coast using a sanitized soft pet carrier that she provided, rented a car, and drove her to her new temporary home in western Maryland! Throughout the trip Ashley provided updates and photos to reassure us that everything was going smoothly. Our dog arrived safe and sound and seemed very happy throughout the process. It was clear from the beginning that Ashley truly cared about our dog’s welfare and comfort, and that she wanted us to be part of the process and feel like we could ask questions at any time. For us that was a winning combination and we would wholeheartedly recommend Ashley if you need to transport your pet in the future!

Because of the recent change to pet travel on the airlines, I was stuck in SD with no way to get my 2yr old pit bull home. I was really stressing out. Then I heard about pet transport. Obviously you may be skeptical having a stranger drive your dogs across the country and so was I but I trust Margo. I'm glad I was able to trust her. She was very understanding and nice. My dogs were farm dogs and not potty trained nor crate trained. Margo said she understand and was able to get them to me still. She said that they were alot of work but she was able to do what needed to be done. She did it! By herself and with 3 dogs with her. She also did it as fast as she could and I really really do appreciate what she did. I'm so glad there are people like Margo who can do this for us dog owners. Margo did it!

Sheryl and her husband transported my foster dog to my family- a long trip from Idaho to NY! I was a bit nervous, having never done anything like this before, but they got her there safely and without issue. They were about an hour late picking her up and the first day I wasn't getting a response to my texts, (wyoming cell coverage can be finicky) which had me a bit nervous, but after that it was smooth sailing and Ricky is now with my family and happy as can be. Ricky did travel in a crate they provided, which is the safest option IMO, and totally fine for my dog, but I do think it's important people know this ahead of time as crating a dog can be stressful if they're not used to it, and I hadn't realized this is how she would travel when booking. I would definitely recommend Sheryl for transport, she is trustworthy and really seems to care about your pet while it is being transported.
