For those reading this you can rest easy that this is a legit organization. I was initially concerned as I did not see any official company page and information on them online is kind of limited. Matthew was the one who coordinated everything regarding my trip. I would honestly have questions and send messages to him at even late hours in the day and Matthew responded very quickly each time (even at those odd hours of the day). Most of the trip overview is done when you first contact them. Specifics like courier names is confirmed closer to the day of travel as things can happen to need to assign someone else. My couriers were Shyla and Emerald. Both were caring, delightful, and understanding of my slight separation anxiety and trusting my beloved fur babies (Nibbles and Thomas) to anyone else. On the day of travel, a flight delay occurred that could have jammed up our plan but Shyla stepped up and offered to meet me ahead of time and coordinate the rest with Emerald when her delayed flight would come in later. This allowed me to ensure that I did not miss my own flight and removed a great weight off my chest. If I was to offer any feedback, it would be to include pictures of the couriers ahead of time and/or have them send proactively pictures of the pets during travel (however in my case I understood why that wasn't possible due to how tight the schedule got after the flight delay). With all that said, I highly recommend Jetpetz if you need to transport your pets, especially if you don't fancy the idea of transporting by road for days or by putting them in the air cargo area. Jetpetz has the couriers transport your fur babies in the cabin area where they can be more comfortable and seen to during the entire trip. Moving cross country from Detroit to Portland, Oregon was stressful but Jetpetz offered that priceless piece of mind when it came to my transportation needs of my Nibbles and Thomas.

We had an incredible experience with Spoiled with Care. We had 3 dogs and 4 cats that had to be driven across the country. The day before they were supposed to leave, our oldest dog fell ill and the vet had to put him to sleep. Donna was amazing. We had some confusion between the recipient and myself but we got it straightened out and Donna was amazing. Gear and Pets was terrible. We were originally working with Sarah, but she broke down the day before she was supposed to pick up our dogs. She then sent Matthew to pick up our dogs on the 7th of May instead. Matthew kept having car issues and was unable to leave until the evening of the 9th. The dogs were supposed to be delivered from Las Vegas to Baltimore on the 12th as we had an international flight on the morning of the 13th. Matthew did not keep us informed on the situation, causing us to lose all faith in Gear and Pets. Sarah lied to us telling us that Matthew was already on the road with our dogs which was not true because we had the dogs with us and Matthew still wasn't ready to leave from Vegas on the 9th. My wife and I had to cancel plane tickets in order to drive our dogs across country last minute to make our overseas flight. We asked for a refund since they did not provide us any services. She gave us 500 dollars and didn’t have the other 1300 dollars. We asked for the rest of our money and she claimed that we cancelled on them. She also told us that her driver could have made the trip faster than we did. We made the 36-hour drive in 42 hours. She had initially stated that her drivers don’t drive for more than 12 hours a day. In order for Matthew to make that trip it would have taken him 72 hours if he were following her guidelines. Overall, Gear and Pets was very unprofessional. They failed to keep us updated as to the issues they were having, causing us to pick up their slack. They basically just took our 1300 dollars and left.
