Chelsea transported a goldendoodle for me. My puppy arrived safely; however, the communication between myself and Chelsie was not good at all. There was a lack of communication and the arrival time continued to be delayed multiple times. When I was finally sent tracking information, it ended up being turned off when she was still an hour out. I was finally able to get in touch with her by calling (because my text were not being answered) she did send me another active link. My dog was supposed to be delivered Saturday evening, then it was moved to Sunday morning, then it was moved to Sunday afternoon, then Sunday night. I finally received her at 2:00AM Monday morning. With all of the delays and the lack of communication, I was extremely stressed out with the transport. Chelsie genuinely cares for animals, the communication was my only issue.

I hired Kassie to drive my dog from DC to Houston, Texas now that airplanes do not allow animals with an ESA letter. I’ve never traveled without my dog, and I was honestly A little nervous having someone drive my dog across the country. Kassie was not only exceptionally professional, she was also empathetic and took the time to make sure I was ready to send my dog home. She was thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. I knew my dog was safe with her, but it wasn’t until I saw how he would be traveling that he also would be comfortable. She let me give him his blanket, his favorite toy for the drive. She sent pictures throughout the trip and delivered him promptly. Now he is back home wishing he was back on the road with Kassie! I will absolutely use her again whenever I need to transport my dog. 11/10!!

Claud took care of a last minute job that another carrier cancelled on me at the last minute. He delivered when he said he would. The bike was not damaged and he had it in an enclosed trailer. Wheels were chaulked & bike was strapped securely. His communication was great from the time of booking & he even shared his trip with me on the phone so I could follow along with his progress.
