Well I can say this experience was terrifying because I never done this and I was so worried what if something went wrong. I was so relieved to see hunters reputation on here along with his background check. I was waiting for my kitten for 4-5 months in Texas. After one discussion with Hunter the next day he was on a flight to get him. I was completely astonished by the swift execution of how fast he was able to deliver my kitten along with his professionalism during this time of need. If anyone needs a pet transporter, she’s the one. She is so sweet and professional. She communicated with me from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!! Our new family meme we was picked up on time and delivered the same day. Donette had a long day with extra potty breaks for our puppy. She was delivering him to my daughter and she kept in contact throughout the day. We always knew where they were. Our new puppy arrived alert and happy. There are really not adequate words to describe how pleased we were with the treatment our puppy received They treated him like he was their own. All I can say is Hunter was absolutely perfect for the job! We were very hesitant and nervous about the situation from the beginning, starting from San Diego and traveling in a car, which she does not like at all! Hunter was so good with her, and kept us up to date with frequent pics and texts. By the time he reached us 5 days later, which in my eyes was perfect, as he took his time and made stops to accommodate doggie needs and much needed rest, Luna was not only happy to be home, but was confused with him leaving because she became comfortably with him. My dog was flying Europe to Detroit. Very last minute I had to get someone to drive him from Detroit to my in-laws. Mac’s Shipping came through and went above and beyond. Once he got to Detroit Cargo terminal the American Airlines service was atrocious and they were nothing but rude to him and wouldn’t give him my dog. The broker had to call and tell these people that I had already paid and that he was authorized to pick up my dog. It was a lot of stress and a nightmare. After lots of arguing, Mac’s Shipping and my brokers finally got things sorted out. Mac’s Shipping was able to get my fur baby to my in-laws. ❤️ I 100 percent recommend him.

Honestly, it was a rough experience from the start. Not at all how I imagined or had dealt with in a previous transportation. The communication or lack there of and changing itineraries without any updates or warning. No pictures were ever sent and I had to initiate all communication to inquire how my cat was doing. What should have been a 16 hr trip took 3 days. My cat did arrive finally but the process was definitely not in my opinion a good one.
