I'm located on the coast of Virginia and just got my first puppy ever, an 11 week old Australian Shepherd from Arkansas near the Texas border. BOOK ANTHONY. WITHOUT HESITATION. We had booked another CitizenShipper driver who went MIA about a week before our English Bulldog's transport date. Given all the other logistics of a cross-country move, we scrambled to find another driver, and we are SO GLAD we used Anthony. He was extremely flexible and accommodating, particularly considering the fact our transport was pretty last minute. He responded immediately to all our inquiry questions [no matter how small or silly!] and set up an introductory/logistics call upon booking where he walked us through the entire process. Anthony alleviated all of our concerns. At pickup, he spent about an hour with us, getting acquainted with our pet and arranging his van for the best crate/bed accommodation for our high anxiety, Princess Bulldog. He was extremely patient, professional, and showed nothing but KINDNESS to our fur baby. Throughout the trip, Anthony communicated frequently and sent updates of their status, so we always knew where our pet was and how she was faring. We cannot recommend Anthony enough!!!!!!! Penny shipper transportation is horrible. I wish I could post some of our messages. I asked Bernard if he accepts check and he said “rest assured I’ve got you.” Bernard texted me when he arrived half way to my house and tried to charge me extra fees. I told him I had a check waiting for him at the destination and he then told me no checks. He then told me he didn’t have enough money to make it to my destination and asked for 200 via cash app. He called me disrespectful for persisting to continue with our agreed upon price. He said he would just turn around and go home. Bernard texted me and told me he was still going to charge me for the return. 350 total. I had paid him 825 already so I was due a 475 refund. Bernard called me and then told me he’d give me a 275 refund. I still have not gotten any of my money back and my trailer was never delivered. I’m not writing this review in anger. I’m over it and will figure out another more reliable person to transport my trailer. Bernard may be reliable sometimes but in my situation it was a wreck and I warn other people to really look into finding someone else to transport your things. I do not want other people going through what I did with Penny Shipper and Bernard. Best wishes

Mindy took great care of my two big boys and got them safely from Dallas to Jacksonville. She was VERY patient with me as I changed the moving date several times. She did a great job of staying in touch along the way. Picked the dogs up on time on a Monday AM about 9:30 and got them to JAX the next morning. She was careful to make sure she stopped along the way to sleep and stay rested as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH, MINDY! I highly recommend her to transport your pups.

After initial contact we had to cancel for the initial date. After great communication we both agreed on a new time and date. As we got closer to the pick up date, One excuse after another... wrong client messaged.. oops sorry. accident.... then a hospital stay. All happend 2 days before and no body contacted us or the kernel . When asked about what was going on I was told I was being Rude? Odd they got half of there money before they even had to do anything and when I asked about why no one contacted I was told i I am rude again... apparently by asking what was going on.... then they were gonna cancel the run and not give me my deposit back if I didn't adhere to there schedule which was several days later and apparently there parter had no idea when I called to ask about the pick up I was hung up on. Things happen but the blatent display of poor communication and intent to mislead was obvious!! If I could give ZERO ***** I would.
