DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER PICKED UP MY DOG. My dog was supposed to be picked up in April 24th as I was leaving to move across the country on Monday, April 26th. I had an early morning flight thus he had to be picked up by Sunday, April 25th at the latest. A day before pick-up, Renee asked if it was okay to pick-up my dog on Sunday or to have "her son" pick him up as they may not be back in time. In my trusting nature, I said okay. Sunday came and went and I had not heard from her all day. My movers came, too my stuff, and I was needing to go to bed because by flight was at 5:00 am. Nothing. I reached out by text and received no response. I called and they eventually answered. She and her husband/driver claimed they don't know what's going on but they could be in Sacramento in 25 hours. At this point, I couldn't change my flight because it was 9:30 pm. Luckily, my sister and dad said they could watch my dog for the day. Well, Monday came -- and they did not pick up my dog. There no communication. I arrived in New York and tried calling and texting. Nothing. I finally received a message late Monday night saying they were still in the South West but will be in Sacramento the next day. You can see where this is going. Tuesday came - nothing. My dog was not picked up. Renee sent a message saying they received a flat and were trying to fix it. I asked for a refund and reached out to CitizenShipper to try and find a new company. My baby was still in California while I was on the East Coast. She sent a long message practically begging to keep my business. I figured, I already have quotes out, I'll give it one more day. Again, no communciaiton throughout the entire day of Wednesday. On Wednesday NIGHT she shared her location as being in Southern California, so within the state of California and that she'd be getting my dog after making a stop at LAX. Thursday morning, I checked in to see where they were and what the ETA was to pick up my dog. She said she would be in Sacramento between 6:00-8:00 pm to pick up my dog. I'm currently writing this at 2:15 am EST and he was NOT picked up. I've had my money stolen, my dog is still in CA, luckily with my family, and I have no idea when he'll be on his journey here. This company has absolutely no professionalism and is a complete scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEM. I'm in an absolute puddle while I try to figure out how I'm going to get my poor baby here.
