This driver was a no show, called the night before she was to pick up the puppy and said her alternator went out and was having it fixed and would still pick up the puppy the next day. She would not return calls the next day either to my self or the breeder. She get a negative rating. I would not recommend anyone use this driver

Along the route from Boise to Santa Fe, they gave us updates and sent photos. We knew our puppy was in excellent care. She was treated like family by Kara and her mom.
