Barb not only is very friendly and considerate of your needs, but it is quite apparent that she loves animals and you immediately trust her. Her price was more than fair. She both picked up the dog and dropped him off exactly when she said she would. She texted and sent pictures of our pet each day...and let you know when they were on the road in the morning and done for the day. Her van is nice & clean, and the pictures she sent showed a very comfortable animal. Barb always travels with someone, so your pet is cared for 100% of the time while Barb drives. Marisa is the most positive, loving caregiver you could want for your pet! It is obvious she enjoys animals. They are naturally attracted to her bubbly smile and gentle touch. Marisa treated our dogs like canine royalty, with grilled chicken treats and 'pupachinos'. They had lots of stops to stretch their legs. At the hotel, the pups lounged on the bed and slept with her. Twinkly Love offered the greatest care at the lowest price of ALL the services we researched. Plus, her flexibility allowed for the least hassle. Other services weren't nearly as accommodating or helpful. Every possible effort was made to allay our fears and answer questions. Giving our babies to a stranger was scary, but Marissa won us over. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The driver paid incredible attention to Daisy, sent regular pictures, kept us updated about ETA, even had Daisy sleep with her on a bed in a hotel. Daisy had the ride of her life - it was a long, very long drive and she made it an exciting adventure for her. Thank you!! I would give ten stars if I could.

Shipment from Pensacola, FL to Syracuse, NY

Highly recommend!!!!! These are the things that I loved about Adams service. 1. Adam sent me a link so I could track the journey from Alabama to NY. (Live tracking) 2. Adam was also in continuous communication with me and sending me videos and Picts of my 10 week old pup. So I never had to worry about what conditions my pup was being delivered in. 3. Extremely friendly, prompt responses and does everything by the book!! 4. I never had to worry if I was getting scammed or if my pup was being loaded within seven other dogs. 5. He stopped every couple of hours to let the puppy out, go to the bathroom and eat! I will use Adam again !!!! He made this a wonderful experience for us and our family!! Thank you Adam for everything you did to bring this little two lb puppy to us safely !!!!

Risa and Jason were exceptionally thoughtful and professional. They were punctual and answered all of my questions . They also helped me surprise my parents and made their year. By far, one of my best experiences moving. They took a seemingly stressful situation (moving pets) and made it a memorable family experience! I cannot imagine using a different service now. Thank you so much!!!
