If I could put 100/5 stars, I would. I would wholeheartedly recommend Barbara to anyone who is transporting something they love. Barbara transported my 10 week old puppy, and I am a very angsty gal. She assured me my pup would be in great hands, and she gave me peace of mind. Barbara kept in communication the entire time, and her dedication to not only fulfill the trip, but do it in the best, safest, relaxed way for herself, her passengers, and her clients! She has been absolutely amazing, worked with me when things got a bit tricky, kept in touch, and has been overall a tremendous pleasure using her service! If you want someone who knows how to handle pets, gives them exactly what they need and when, and if you want someone who is dedicated to her clients and their furbabies, I wouldn’t even imagine going with anyone else for this transport of my pet. She was the perfect fit for me, and I highly recommend her. I will 100% be using Barbara’s services again. Thank you!!

Mikayla always answered my texts and phone calls ASAP. She turned READ messages on for me as soon as we started communicating . It’s a long and difficult trek across the country , but my parakeets and rabbits arrived in good health upon visual inspection, with big appetites , clear eyes and very happy to see me . I recommend Mikki mostly because I value directness and honesty which is lost too much in this world . I never felt she was trying to pander or pretend and she still got here in great time despite a blown tire/ruined wheel. When you have a ground transport please remember : it’s not going to be a grand holiday for your pet, there can be delays and unexpected hurdles . I felt Mikayla dealt with everything very well and my animals came to me eager to feast , replenish and even gave me songs and kisses .

Allan and Robin were exceptional! Zero complaints, only praise! We bought a puppy from out of state, so we were apprehensive to rely on someone else to bring her to us. But Allan and Robin made the whole process stress free. They were very responsive throughout the bidding process and especially during the transport. They sent lots of photos and videos during their travels and kept us well informed of their progress. They shared their insights into our puppy's personality, and with every text, we became more excited to meet her! I can't recommend them enough! And the Red Ladder Bus is amazing! I would like to thank Jason and his team at Galaxy Auto Shipping. This is the first time I have had something shipped across the states, so I had a million questions and Jason was patient with me. Taught me why bids are all over the board, and if I choose to go with low bid I might not see my bike for 30 days, which I also heard elsewhere. After we talked he guaranteed a 3 day window of pick up, once it’s picked up a 3-5 day window for delivery, and that was what I was looking for, after all I just purchased my dream bike, I didn’t want to wait 30 day to save some money. Pick up was in his guarantee window. Now I had to wait 3-5 days which made sense pick up was Porter Texas being shipped to Henderson NV 1,400 mile. To my surprise next morning driver gives me a call saying he wants to set up delivery for that night. So I literally received my bike 29 hrs after pickup. Jason’s team had 2 drives which was this happened so quickly. Could not have been happier, thank you to you and your team

5 stars is not enough for Steven. Audie, was our rescued 10 year old from Alabama to Maine. 1500+ miles. Steven was hundreds less than over 50 quotes. Being on a budget, after talking to Steven it was a easy decision. He took pictures of Audie and text me throughout the drive. He loves his puppies and all animals. Steven put us totally at ease. When Audie arrived, he was so in love with Steven, he got back in the car when door opened. Steven's heart is huge, he is working hard and yet keeping all his animals happy and taken care of. If I were a breeder, he would be the only one I would trust. Steven brings joy all over the US, and is humbled for doing this job. Amazing man, amazing heart. Will forever use his services if needed. I highly recommend Billy's Citizen Shipping and Flight Nanny (Bill and his son William) to move your valued belongings. They treated us and our belongings with the utmost care and respect. Bill stayed in regular communication before, during and after. They arrived exactly when he said they would when picking up and delivering the belongings. Bill accommodated our schedule for pick up and delivery. Bill's logistical experience was evident all the way and particularly when they packed our belongings in the trailer (Most of which were fragile art pieces, a very fragile sculpture and a fragile beloved family heirloom). Mikki had a swift response in telling me that she could transport my puppy the next day. Once booked, she told me it would be two days. Then she reported that she ran into a snow storm that shut down All the roads for the full day so it would be three days. She then reported that she had “flu like symptoms”. I reached out to CitizenShipper to see what my options were, as we are in the midst of a pandemic and it could very well be COVID. Later that night she followed up saying that it was “only pre pneumonia” and stated she would be taking medication to no longer be contagious and pushed the picked up to 4-5 days. She called myself and the new owner back to back to back the next morning reporting that we messed up her rating by talking to citizen and then like a Flip of A Switch shifted into speaking about all the illnesses she’s overcome in life. We continued on with the schedule as we firmed stated that’s the last we could push back as we were going to be going out of town. On the day she was supposed to be arriving she stated that she had a blown and would need to push out 7-8 days now from the original pick up. We reminded her that we were going out of town- and abruptly she tells us to reach back out to citizen to find a new transporter. This swiftly turned into a super traumatic rehoming process as there continued to be an extension of time for the estimated pick up as the date kept getting pushed back more and more due to all these elaborate excuses. This experiences appeared completely disrespectful of our time and money, as well as no Recognition to grief/loss in the animal process.

When the rules on ESAs on planes changed I had no idea what I was going to do to get my dog across country. I moved thinking I would be able to fly back to get her in a few weeks but was devastated when I learned about the rules change. I am so glad I was able to get in contact with Steve!!!
