Lisa is absolutely wonderful to work with. I needed a 50lb Aussie delivered to me from Iowa on short notice and not only was she able to accommodate me she was so flexible with last minute adjustments. This was my first time using a transporting service and I have to say I was a bit nervous. Lisa was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. She made the process simple and easy. We were purchasing our girl from a breeder and Lisa was able to work with them and accommodate not only my schedule but the breeders schedule as well. When we met up, Roxy was so content she didn’t want to get out of the car lol. We were sent pics and videos of our girl to make sure we were kept updated which we really appreciated. Great customer service and a beyond reasonable price. I will definitely be using her service again and if you are looking for a transporter I definitely recommend her service.

Dawn has been the most amazing person to work with. She made sure to answer all of my questions previous to the transport date and made me feel at ease. During the transportation she made sure to keep me updated about the progress and my cats as well sending me pictures and short videos of them so I always knew they were fine. I honestly can't say enough great things about Travis. He was great to work with and made a traumatic experience better. My boyfriend and I went on this site and felt asking someone we never met to drive a puppy all the way across the country seemed totally crazy! I came on here just to explore my options, not dreaming we would actually go through with it until we talked to Jonathan. He was honest, kind, genuine, and we immediately trusted him. Jonathan called me prior to the trip to work out the details and make me feel less anxious about the journey. It was clear he was excited for the trip, and that this is a job he does out of love more than anything else. Jonathan FaceTimed me at the breeder’s house when he picked up Enzo and kept me updated with location and pictures from PA all the way to Seattle! What struck us most was how much Jonathan truly cared for Enzo and loved him. He had such positive things to say about our pup, and was concerned about him having the best transition possible. He even asked for occasional updates as Enzo grows up, and wanted to say a sweet goodbye to him. That kind of love and care for Enzo made it obvious that this is not just a job to Jonathan. He treats every animal as his own family. We couldn’t have asked for a better puppy transport for our 9 week old Boston. We highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much, Jonathan!

My father in law got sick and passed away very quickly leaving my husband his beloved Harley....but were in Indiana and the bike is in Vegas ..having never done anything like this and having to trust a complete stranger Travis came thru in every way possible..he communicated throughout the trip with pictures and maps of his location and brought the bike safely to us!! Ohhhhhhhhh Anita was honestly the sweetest person I have come across in a long time! She was able to immediately book me LAST MIN and transported two 50lb Malamutes I rescued. She picked them all the way up from Monterey, CA and drove pretty much non stop to Aurora, CO! It took her a day.....She not only had her GPS on the entire time but would notify me if she was stopping for gas or to let the puppies out for a break! I highly recommend Anita! I can’t express enough how amazing Amie and Bennett were with transporting my dog Holly from Oakley, CA to Indianapolis, IN. Their journey across country created some very challenging times with a busted windshield, winter storms, road closures, you name it they went through it but the entire time the states in constant communication with me letting me know how my pooch was doing, sending me picture, videos, and text, and also sharing their location. They were just amazing. Oh not to mention they spoiled my Holly girl the entire way.
