If anyone is questioning who to chose for their puppy transport look no further JoDee is your girl. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. JoDee was absolutely phenomenal. She guided me through the entire process and had excellent communication. She was in contact with me for days before my puppy was picked up all the way through until drop off. She sent tons of pictures and videos and shared her location. She gave VIP service to my sweet pup Smith. He was so loved the entire trip from PA to CO. JoDee does things different because she handles one dog at a time, where as many other services I looked at had many dogs in separate crates. I loved that she made my pup her main priority. It’s obvious that JoDee loves animals and they love her. I have been raving about how amazing this experience has been and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone. Tim was excellent! My first time using this service. Was recommended by the breeder. Tim communicated very well before and during the trip from NM to Los Angeles for the transportation of my new Basenji Pup. Saturday pick up at Breeder, and Sunday mid-day drop off to me. He sent photos along the way, and always updated me as to the location where he was. I requested the Waze map update on Sunday to make sure I was home for the arrival. He's a super nice guy, and I would trust him again to transport any of my furry loved ones again! You in good safe hands with Tim!

Anita is a retired nurse I felt comfortable in trusting her to transport my poodle who was fresh out of cataract surgery. She’s knowledgeable about infection prevention and she only transports one animal at a time. Anita communicates well and was very accommodating. She FaceTimed me so that I was able to see my Chloe. Lastly, Anita does not answer her phone while transporting so I knew Chloe was safe in her hands. I recommend Anita and will book her again in the future.

Allan and Robin were absolutely amazing! This was my first time having a dog transported and I was extremely nervous and had a million questions!!! Robin and Allan worked with me this the point I backed out then pulled the trigger last minute and they accommodated! They sent pictures and videos and took very good care of my boy along with special instructions for him! The GPS could have been better but that’s expected with traveling across country. They were always able to be reached by text or call. They do travel with a cat at times so if you are allergic to cats it might not be the best fit but I’m sure they might be able to accommodate if communicated! Thanks for everything Allan and Robin! ?

So I never leave bad reviews because I don’t want to hurt someone’s business but I need to write this business a bad review. I booked them about a month before the shipment date for my dog. Two weeks later they call and reschedule due to an issue with someone quitting. I was more than nice and flexible and gave them benefit of doubt. Next just five days before my dog is scheduled to get picked up they cancel on me because of car troubles which sucks having car trouble and it’s not their fault but instead of just canceling give me the run around and ENSURE me both of them on phone that we will figure out a way to get someone to do the job for them and all this stuff so I wasted a whole day working with them because I think they were nice and it was an unfortunate situation but wasting someone’s whole day promising them to get their baby to then and then at 8pm saying never mind we can’t find anyone when you are already down to the wire? Not okay. Very bad experience.

Our pup Max arrived safe and sound! However I’d say we did encounter a few hiccups regarding pick up time and drop off. Our initial time frame was Saturday between 10-11am I received a text last minute stating the time would be later that evening instead. We understand things come up but it also cost to extend our boarding services. In addition there was a delay in drop off due to delayed pick up. Also despite providing the correct pick up address via text the transporter still went to our old home address which caused an additional delay to the boarder. While we were disappointed with this many delays and hiccups we absolutely were happy with the transporter communication once our boy was finally picked up!

If 10 stars was an option I would absolutely choose it! Barbara was amazing and so flexible and accommodating from the beginning. We had such a small pick up window and even with traffic she made it work. She kept us updated the whole way and I knew Harley was in good hands. I cant even begin to tell you how excellent this experience has been. It was my first time to ever have a pet shipped and Staci and Zack did a phenomenal job of taking care of him. From the moment they quoted me the price to the actual delivery of my cat, they made it such an easy process. Originally, they thought that it would be Monday before they could get him here. But were able to bring him sooner if it worked out for me.
