Brian was amazing and took great care of Hope, even making a special stop just for her when she was whining to make sure she was ok and to give her some food. He stayed in contact the whole ride and helped ease the anxiety I was feeling: really treated her like his own. By the time they arrived, Hope was licking all over his face and you could tell she liked him. :)

Luckily I found this website and after multiple genuine offers, Lisa reached out and told me all about her and her husband. She was extremely patient with me and explaining how things would work and how much she loves the animals she transfers. I cannot express how great Lisa and her husband were to our baby girl, Sadie. Lisa send pictures daily, along with updates! If I had questions or just wanted to hear about our dog Sadie, Lisa always responded back by texts and pictures. I wouldn’t have chosen any other person/ family to take care of my dog and treat her like their own. They loved on her, took care of her, and without Lisa’s help, I don’t know if Sadie would happily be here with us at our new home now. Steve offered an amazing bid that no one else could even come close to for my single chair as it was just a small add on item for him. He was delayed quite a bit due to the severe winter weather that hit the New England area and then the winter storm in TX right after that. He was very transparent with issues he was experiencing from other customers and their lack of patience and understanding. These storms caused delays for amazon, usps, ups, etc. It is unfortunate that so many can not appreciate what an individual is actually doing and have no compassion for the situation and just want their stuff now. Steve picked up my item a bit later than expected, but he tried his best to keep me informed and assured me several times along the way that he would be through. Once he picked it up, he took excellent care of the item and it was transported across the country and delivered within a week or so. You can trust that Steve will take care of your item and get it delivered safely.

Excellent communication( i.e.prompt responses and they make every resolution look simple). Driver updated me of his location throughout his route. Collection activity ( payment term/ arrangement)is again excellent, exceptional service and they even paid storage vehicle accrued from the date of purchase(also covered my portion of storage upon request with the agreement to reimburse them upon delivery. The experience was stressless and the only word I can say, excellent.
