We booked Micky because my dog prefers females and she agreed that she could deliver in the time frame needed. Micky was a bit pricier than others that threw in bids but the others weren’t available in the time frame needed or were males. Micky overdid herself with too many other stops in between her travels with my pup. We agreed on a Friday or Saturday drop off and she ended up dropping off at 6:30am Sunday. I had a flight to coordinate with my pups delivery and that did not go as planned - I flew in Friday afternoon expecting a Friday night or Saturday midday/evening drop off. She picked up my pup Tuesday evening. It took 5 days for a 2-3 day drive. Micky told me she would be at the delivery location at midnight Sunday when discussing her running behind. I stayed up until midnight waiting. I didn’t hear anything from her so I called to find out what was going on. I got “this happened. That happened. GPS keeps changing. Such and such. It’s now going to be 3am” 3am i hear nothing so I contact her again. “Such and such. It’s now 5am.” I don’t hear anything so I reach out yet again. “Such and such. I am now 1.5 hours away.” So.... i lost an entire night of sleep, a day of work, and had to pay to post pone my flight due to her lack of time frames/distances. Micky is an animal lover and was kind to send pictures but the lack of communication on timing and lack of knowledge of distance really made this ordeal a emotional roller coaster for me to be with my pup. We did come to a cost agreement at the end but would prefer to pay full price with a on time delivery. She travels with many dogs at a time. Don’t expect your dog to be transported alone or with just a dog or two. I was uncomfortable with this. And I suppose don’t expect a timely delivery because there will always be delays.

Absolutely incredible! Completely recommend. I was contacted by Spoiled with Care when I was put in a pinch. A shipping company wasn't going to be able to move my pets for me. 6 days before my move with my wife. From Oregon to Ireland. During covid. So we needed a miracle, and Spoiled with Care came to us. They gave us so much information, so much transparency, so professional and most importantly...they care about your pets I had a HUGE big crate needed for a international travel of my Doodle dog. They still were able to deliver my dog. They delivered my dog at exactly when I wanted her at the cargo company. Three days of driving, from Oregon to Illinois. And they were always there for me to call or text, to get updates or whatever I wanted. They encourage the customer to contact them, which is so good to hear since it gives excellent peace of mind. They are clear, concise and care. They will get your pets to where they need to go and keep you in the loop the whole time, while making sure they are taking care of pets with multiple rest stops. And to top this all off, they don't just send pictures that your pets are doing well, they send videos. The only, 'complaint' I'd have isn't even at Spoiled with Care, but network coverage. Naturally, if the driver is going through some mountains or some difficult terrain, videos or pictures can be difficult to get. But here is another moment where Spoiled with Care shines. If you can't contact one driver, you have another you can try. Chances are, if they can reply they will. And if they can't, they will let you know why. All in all, what more can you want? Great customer service, great delivery, great transparency great EVERYTHING. Spoiled with Care is why my pets are with me now in Ireland. I can't thank them enough.
