She drove over 3 hours to pick him up from the breeder, then another 3 hours back to the airport to bring our puppy to us! She answered messages in a timely manner. Extremely happy and grateful! Picked my puppy up from Portland on extremely short notice in the wee hours of the morning and brought her home to Eugene. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone willing to do that on a day's notice at such an early time. Provided the crate for her and everything! She arrived home safe and happy, and looked like she had a pretty cushy ride. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely seek out this transporter again. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Melody is an outstanding driver, I’d like to state right out of the gate! She cares about the animals she transports and reports any matter of consequence. For example, the pups I’d sent for were displaying intestinal issues and she reported it to me. This was very helpful because I’d otherwise not noticed perhaps. We were able to get the pups treatment before they went to their new homes. Melody took the necessary stops to allow the pups to stretch, eat and drink. They were very clean when she delivered them safely to us. Her compassion for animals (people too) is commendable. We will hire Melody again should we ever need transport. If you love your animals, trust them with Melody!

I recently booked Cerulean Pear Pet Transport to bring my Dalmatian from central Florida to northern Indiana. Never having hired a pet transport service before, I was very nervous. Zac took incredible care of both my dog and me with frequent updates throughout the day, letting me know how Indy was doing and how the trip was progressing. I got to see my sweet dog eat every meal (and pee at every rest stop!) through the entire trip. I even got updates when the weather was rough. My dog Indy arrived safe and happy. Should I ever need to book another pet transport service, I'll definitely turn to this company again.

They were in communication throughout the whole process and were very efficient in getting our corgi home. They were on time with their ETA, took care of our puppy really well and was accountable even when there was a mix up with paperwork on accident. (Honestly, it was partly my husband's fault for not checking the paperwork- he was too distracted by our new family member) This company has phenomenal service for a great price and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of transportation for their pet.

Our puppy traveled with him in the comfort of his vehicle and stayed with him each night that he got a room. YOU WONT FIND BETTER! I cannot say one negative thing about Desiree and her transport of our little 2lb doxie! Her communication was excellent the entire time before during and still after! I had never used shipping for a pet before and was very nervous. Desiree definitely helped calm them and sent tons of pictures and communicated amazingly with us! Our little girl got to snuggle her during the drive vs being in a crate- she had one on one attention and was so spoiled!! (She even gave her a little princess dog dish). She was very efficient and amazing all around and I do not think there could have been anyone else to make me feel as comfortable as she did! Beyond the transport aspect her personality is amazing. She stayed with me and my family for over an our after drop off just chatting and loving on the animals and kids! (My youngest started to call her grandma!). She is professional but also someone you will want to adopt right into your family right along with your new fur (or furless) addition! It's been three weeks since Nate reunited me with my baby in NY. :) Due to the new ESA guidelines I was unable to fly my baby back with me so a friend referred this site and fortunately Nate and Nala found me. They provided excellent communication even prior to booking. While on the way back to NY from LA, I couldn't believe how fast they were while I was flying! i was able to track them the entire time with no issues and because Nate is a pitbull owner like myself I knew Gelato would be in great hands - highly recommended! Delivered Sherlock all healthy and happy. Only reason I rate 4 stars is due to not having updates provided when asked for or photos sent. Had to orchestrate another person in Texas to be there so that he could get Sherlock, time changed 2-3 times but only AFTER I called to ask. Would prefer updates be sent out or left on voicemail rather than having to ask, but that’s personal preference I’m sure. He delivered as promised and although there were delays it was worth the wait.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.... UNRELIABLE !! Asked me to book her so I took a chance on her. Booked on Wed night, spoke on the phone Thurs and she assured me she was able to do. (I'm another driver who was flying in to get a kitty out of the shelter, who was lost during a military move. So the timing was crucial.) Then no response to text msgs for 2 days. Finally on Sat morning received text saying she wasn't going to do the job. And still hasn't notified CitizenShipper she cancelled the job on me. Completely unprofessional and not replying to msgs is beyond inexcusable. You've been warned. She is unreliable and will cancel at the last minute and leave you scrambling to find another solution.

Honestly, my pets were safe and I’m thankful for that, but I don’t like the attitude I received, maybe that’s just him, but because I had a home for one of my pups waiting he said “ I get you re sell them” when I’ve said nothing about that, or given any reason to think I do. He also said I shouldn’t count my chickens before they hatch and also told me ( when thinking I re sold pups) one deal selling a puppy won’t make or break you. Who’s to say what boat anyone’s in? Just wasn’t impressed. He was good about updating us and Answering the phone. It’s up to you I just personally don’t enjoy being told what I do/ what I can afford.
