Sabrina was good with communication and sent updates along the way. Mayzie was anxious along the way, but Sabrina gave me updates upon arrival about her food consumption and potty breaks. She was willing to be flexible about pricing and was able to help with transporting Mayzie's belongings as well. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for pet transport services and will go back to her if ever needed.

I promise you I was so nervous shipping our Vinny he is 80lbs of love and we have never dreamed we would have to ship him. I starting instant messaging Della (Lola's Transport) and a few others I never felt more comfortable than I did with Della. From our first interaction to the time she picked up Vinny she always stayed in contact with me and my son! We even got to watch her travels. Pit stops and great photos along the way. Vinny traveled 2200 miles as Della's Copilot and once in NY he was as perfect as when she picked him up in Colorado maybe even a bit more spoiled. Everything that could of went wrong did and my pup was never picked up. Too many excuses for her missing her pickup time by 8 hrs. From a dog that got loose that took over 3 hours to catch, someone had road rage and she had to call 911, and about 7 traffic jams was some of the excuses. Maybe she did have the worst luck ever that day, but who really knows.Tracking her via gps did not work. She uses Waze and I was unable to see her location and she was not familiar with how to use this feature. Also there was arguing via text with the breeder that made my day extremely stressful and uneasy. The messages I saw were extremely unprofessional. I was refunded my deposit and she was apologetic, but citizenshipper has not refunded me the fee that they charged. I'm happy we were able to find a new transporter on short notice and everything went perfectly smoothly. But I would not recommend this transporter.

There are not enough stars to give Heather! She is truly an angel and she took the BEST care of our dogs on their road trip from Colorado to Los Angeles. Heather is someone who loves on your pets as if they are her own. She was on time, she sent pictures and she shared her route/communicated with me along the entire trip. She was even flexible when things logistics got a bit crazy (on my end) at the end. We are a military family trying to coordinate getting our pups to us in Central America. It has not been an easy task! We worked with Heather from abroad and she made communicating easy. We can’t wait to reunite with our dogs and we know this wouldn’t of been possible without her help. We are extremely happy with the whole transport process. They have contacted us every 3 hours or so for location, pictures, and updates on our dogs. I can’t even describe how amazing Barbara was. So so friendly and personable. She kept me and the seller up to date on every move, not while driving, but at every pit stop. Amazingly friendly and such a fair price especially for the services she provided. I had not just one, but TWO great danes in her care and she did not complain once( this breed is huge and a handful) even when there was a potty accident. I will forever use her services when needed. Riley was awesome! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I was having my service dog (a German Shepherd) brought from Key West to upstate NY, which ended up being a 36 hour drive. Riley was communicative and sent updates frequently, assuring my anxiety as I have never had a dog shipped before, never mind that far. He has experience with the breed and they took frequent breaks, he sent photos, and of course the GPS tracking was very helpful to know where they were. I had originally booked a different driver but was getting bad vibes from her before the trip, and then I found Riley. MUCH BETTER! Thank you so much and Mssr Mauvais thanks you as well!

The trip was a long one - NYC to New Mexico, but Terry was super friendly and communicative, updating us regularly on the progress of his route and my dog’s activity and behavior throughout the entire journey with text and pics. Everything started out great. it seemed they were being straight forward with their fees and Cassie was very Communicative. We were told that they would be riding in an expedition in crates, but when they arrived to pick up my dogs it was the son and his wife and they had a small rented jeep with no crates for my dogs. Upon arrival to the destination they lumped on a cleaning fee due to our dogs making a mess in the back and had us pay 50% for they’re hotel stays, including the stays for when they were coming to pick up our dogs. We were unprepared for the additional fees and they threatened to keep our dogs until payment was fulfilled. With our prices going up and the threat of keeping our dogs, the whole event felt more like a hostage situation than a simple drop off. I would highly recommend going with a company who is more straightforward and honest with their fees and travel situations.

We had Natalie transport 4 cats from Las Vegas, NV to Minot, ND. She is amazing. She was able to accommodate an earlier pickup for us. We were updated throughout the process as to where they were and how our cats were doing. We were delayed in a snow storm and Natalie stayed an extra night with our cats. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I booked their services as they said they could pick up 1 to 5 business days. No communication when they could not fulfill their agreement. I booked on Feb. 11th and cancelled 7 weeks later with no vehicle being picked up. Just a little over 400 miles trip. This company gave me excuse after excuse. Would not return calls when they said they would. They do not have drivers that work for them. They are a broker with the hopes that a trucker will pick up the load they accepted and pay them way less. My van sits off an interstate by 2.5 mile at pick up and less than a mile off interstat2 24 in TN. Easy access for a trucker. Even spoke with Dave a supervisor and first time he lied saying he would call back within the hour. I have him 24 hours and called him back to get the run around again. Was told again by an agent they would call me back and again no call. The worst I have experienced. I am a transporter and this is not how you treat your customers. Go anywhere but here. They lie, misrepresent themselves saying they have 100's of truckers that work for them. If I could give a negative 10 star that is what I would give them company. Lost my business over $15,000 in revenue due to their empty promises. Then when they refunded my my $95 they promised they would have a manager to call me to see what they could do and again to this day have not heard anything. Worst company experience ever.
