Did not get to Freeport. Called me to come and pick up the dogs.she was a 3 hr drive away. 6 hr round trip! Totally unsatisfactory! Her daily updates were not daily and she can be very scattered. She claimed to be prepared for the weather, but clearly was not.I can’t recommend her for long distance trips. My wife may have more to add.

I had an excellent experience with Barry at Precious Cargo. Not only was he on point and prompt when driving our puppy from Tennessee to Upstate NY, he also was very good about keeping us updated with all the steps of the journey and even posted cute Videos throughout the trip. He even provided a GPS link so we could track his journey. On top of being prompt and reliable he also has a good sense of what different animals need and he gives that extra touch of taking breaks to give them love and walks. I highly recommend Barry and your pets are in great hands !

If I could give Ashley 100 stars, I would. This is our first time using this type of service and I was a little nervous about it. From the minute I committed to Ashley she was amazing! She communicated all details with me, spoke with the breeder several times to coordinate, she bought special treats for our Penny to make her feel comfortable and loved, and sent us constant pictures and updates during the trip. The two nicest individuals we have ever met. Riley safely transported our 8 week old chocolate lab from GA to CT and made great time even with a stop in between (that he asked our permission if he could make). He provided a real time tracking app, photos every few hours and even contacted our breeder directly so he could set up the pickup time and location. If I could give him 50 stars, I would!!!

The dogs came home healthy and happy. Maybe slightly skinny because they missed us too much to eat, but in great shape, all things considered. They came on time too, despite record setting snow storms! I was worried that they would get held up and have to be separated from us for longer than planned, but no. I would absolutely recommend these guys and even use them again in the future, if we ever decide to move cross country again.

Choosing the right person to bring your ‘baby’ across country isn’t easy, especially when it’s the first time using a service like this. Lisa could not have made the process or the experience any better. Her quick responses, questions to make sure our needs were met, and frequent touch-bases made us feel all that more comfortable with this arrangement. Lisa took the time to text as well as speak on the phone to plan/map out her trip and ensure nothing was left to chance. We appreciated the GPS tracking and the texts with pictures along the way, from pickup to delivery. The icing on the cake was Lisa helping to surprise our daughter with her new furry friend. I was always kept aware of where my puppy was and had plenty of pictures and videos. She picked up my puppy in Atlanta and flew with him to LAX. I interviewed seven other couriers and Jean stood out to me the most. She was courteous and she really cared about my puppy. My pup arrived safe and sound which is most important! They did a nice job of sending videos and gps locations on the way. I had to inquire a few times. However, Sandy doesn’t seem to care much about how the client feels or being very professional, if I could of chosen to work only with Mark I would of! During drop off, Sandy gets all emotional and keeps walking away with our dog saying how she wants to take the money and run. Several remarks like this, making it all about her. Imagine how we we’ve been waiting all this time to receive our pup and she makes it all about her and wanting to keep our pup? She tells me not to take it personal, but I’m paying for this service... Yes, I’m glad our pup had a good time and arrived safely but she is lacking professionalism and empathy for her clients. Be warned of that!

Shawn is the most incredible and thoughtful driver. My dogs had come from a long journey as rescues from China to LAX and we needed to get them to us in Austin, TX. We were nervous for our dogs to get here safely and he drove them safely during a winter storm and got them to us on time. The dogs were comfortable and happy their whole journey. Jeana went above & beyond to get Nala & Willow from Pensacola to Minnesota! The weather did not cooperate & traffic was horrific and when she had to stop because driving was too icy, she brought them into the hotel & let them snuggle in the bed with her! Her truck had a lovely cozy area for the pups to hang out and they looked very content. She was great about updating her progress & sending photos and clearly cares deeply about her furry passengers. You could feel the love even in her texts! I would not hesitate to have her drive my babies if the need arises!
