After being overwhelmed by offers fr others that have so called ‘experience’ on here, but not much tact & just outrageous prices - I received a bid fr *Cuddles for Critters* - I looked over the profile. It had 1 review, but it was a positive review. Something fr the profile photo (Ms. Laura) spoke 2 me. She seemed kind, fun & energetic. & 4 once, appearances were right on. Ms. Laura was MORE than patient & helpful w/me in guiding me through the process of booking w/her. We agreed on a date, time & location 4 her 2 pick up my cat in Florida & have her delivered to the Fl/Georgia state line. She updated me the whole way, so I felt VERY secure & at ease that my cat was in good hands. I awaited 4 her @ (what I thought was) our agreed upon location & this is where Ms. Laura went fr being an awesome & responsible business woman, 2 literally (4 me) being an ANGEL without need of a halo. Ms. Laura had sent me a pin location as to where exactly we’d meet up. & *I* (& I stress again, that I. Me, me, me) did NOT use it. I just drove 2 the Georgia state line closest 2 me. @the time of us finally meeting up, we realized we were @ different locations (something like 3hrs away fr each other). & it was ALL *my* mistake. It was quite late in the evening, & lovely Ms. Laura did not panic. She did not get upset w me. She very calmly was like “okay, let’s figure this out & meet halfway” - she had been busy (& tired) fr driving ALL day. & her ONLY concern was in getting my fur-baby safely 2 me as soon as possible. Not only did she drive MORE than halfway 2 meet me, but she didn’t even discuss her taking more of her time & resources in doing so. She figured it out for us 2 meet, all while smiling, remaining positive & she even tried 2 make light of the situation. She hand delivered my cat 2 me SAFELY & in PERFECT condition ? I WAS HIGHLY impressed w/how she took charge & how efficient she was in transferring my cat fr her vehicle & crate (provided by Ms. Laura during travel) 2 my truck & my cats carrier in such a way as 4 it 2 be IMPOSSIBLE 4 my cat 2 have escaped. Ms. Laura fr *Cuddles for Critters* is simply FANTASTIC. INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL. & HIGHLY TRUSTWORTHY. I, of course, tried 2 compensate w/a decent tip. But I fell short, bc she deserved MUCH more. But I did the best I could @the moment. I am incredibly grateful 2 you Ms. Laura & I pray you have continued success w/your transportation business. You’re solid gold. The BEST. Hands down. I will FAITHFULLY use *Cuddles for Critters* transportation services again & ONLY w/you will any & all of my pets (present & future) travel ? Well everything was going well at1st, until the my dog was delivered to me, after we paid her in full for her service she told me she left my dog paperwork in another vehicle which idk how that was possible when she told me she was coming straight to me from the pick up location, she claims someone was going to overnight them to me, that never happened, then she said her husband was going to bring them to me, that never happened, then she claims they already mailed them and I’ll receive them today, well I never received them, I’m convinced she lost the paperwork, now the seller is all worked up about this situation because he has to apply for duplicates from both registration companies, I tried to work with her far as a partial refund but she doesn’t agree....I definitely don’t recommend using someone that’s this careless ???

Lucy's transport was the BEST from beginning to end and beyond!!! We were in touch with them from the time they left their home until they got to our home. They facetimed us when they got to the puppy to show us her as well. The pup came from Kentucky to NJ. They made a Life 360 account so that we were able to track them as they were driving. They send pictures throughout their travels as well as updates through text. They arrived when they said they would with pup safe and sound. They also took an adorable picture of all of us with her when they got here and followed through with an adorable collage of the picture that they took on the trip with our :family' picture as the center! A wonderful Husband and wife team that you can tell truly loves animals and what they are doing! I would highly recommend them!!

I hate doing negative posts, but I need to warn everyone not to use Furbabies Transportation Team with Bethan. We just finished using them and it was literally the worst two days ever. I booked them nearly a month ago and they were supposed to transport my two kittens on the fifth of February. The problems started within thirty minutes of them leaving with my cats and she said because she had to stop for gas (just left us) she would need to deliver the second kitten on the 6th first thing in the morning. I was not pleased with this change but agreed. Our first kitten was supposed to go from Virginia to Memphis so it was a long drive but she assured us they would be there that same day as agreed. She left at 9am and at 4pm she was only three hours from me still due to a "Roadblock" that was slow but still open and didn't seem to be affecting the time estimate by much on Google maps, not to mention there were multiple alternate routes around this block. She insisted she was in totally stopped traffic, but later on said there WAS one lane open so the story wasn't adding up and she would need to deliver the kitten first thing in the morning. 7am. Disappointing but okay. She claims to not have pulled off the side of the road until 4am, but had left at 9am from our house so we all assumed she was at least close. Next day comes and time changes to 11am...then 12pm...then 1.30pm...I message and ask why there is no consistency with times and she messages MY CUSTOMERS blaming them for the delays for having asked for updates...in the last five hours previous to that we each had received one message and the time changes was only being told to one of us at a time so we were having to call each other to figure out the new time as she would tell just one of us. She was running hours upon hours late because of the very rare update she was sharing with us...not to mention she had all of our phone numbers and could have called vs. Texting if she had to make a detour like she was saying. I call once she's finally almost there and tell her before she leaves GPS NEEDS to be turned on for the second kitten DO NOT leave that house with the GPS off. First kitten finally gets home and she gives him the wrong crate and I call to let her know and she blamed me for giving the wrong crate. I reminded her I took a picture before leaving with each kitten exactly where they should be and tell her she needs to go back and fix it. I ask if she turned on GPS and NOPE she just decided not to do it. We finally get everything fixed and again hours later shes only made an hour and a half progress until we call and tell her she needs to get the kitten that has been on the road now TWO DAYS home ASAP. She sends my customer a message of her kitten meowing freaking out and says this is what she has had to listen to for hours now... who on earth would hear a kitten meowing stressed AND CONTINUE STOPPING RANDOMLY then complain to someone else's customer about it and the kittens new mom??? I have to call her back when she turns GPS off without saying why or a phone call and she was finally 45 minutes out she starts to complain to me as well about having to hear the kitten stressed and meowing and I tell her this is EXACTLY why we were trying to get her home ASAP not just whenever you felt like it. We were at two days at that point for a days drive so literally a day of extra stops and random detours with no explanation and rude messages if we asked for updates. I tell her its entirely normal for kittens to meow when stressed and she just needs to get home NOW no more detours, no more time changes I want my kitten at her home and do NOT tell the kittens mom that you were annoyed about the meowing that is rude and she does not appreciate that. Clearly again she couldn't use reason gets there finally with the kitten and tells mom how annoying the meowing was and how she could have left the kitten on the side of the road at any point. My customer yells at her this is why we wanted her home and the transporter said she would throw all the kittens things on her lawn if she didn't apologize. MY CUSTOMER and the kitties mom were treated like garbage after being lied to so many times and essentially keeping the kitten hostage until she felt like delivering. They had asked days ago if they could transport another animal with ours and I said NO but we all think they picked them up anyways before the first house and thats why there was no GPS and the times she was giving were so off and could never give an exact location that made sense. This company was so rude and unprofessional and I hope no one ever has to go through this again. They should not be trusted with animals ever with the callousness they showed to our animals and my customer.
