The vehicle was picked up late costing me hundreds in storage fees. The first driver came with the vehicle up top sideways on a car transport truck expecting me to have a forklift. He got sick and passed the job off to a second driver who never communicated with me. Then, the job was passed off to anothet trucking company. That drver had to dig it out of 15 inches of snow and wait an hour while they found the keys for him. It was finally delivered 5 weeks after the job was started! It was a complete fiasco. Ridiculous!

This is the first time I've ever had a pet transferred to me and from start to finish, this was a very positive experience! I needed my 14 week old Labrador Retriever transported from MN to PA. Travis worked with the breeder to pick her up as soon as she was available and brought her to us earlier than expected. He supplied photos and videos from the time he picked her up until delivery at our door. I was extremely nervous and asked a lot of questions, but Travis made me feel very comfortable and communicated with me the entire time. Our pup arrived safe and happy - I highly recommend Travis!

If there is 1000000 stars, Franklin deserve more!! where do I even begin! from the time we expected Franklin or how professional he was with our dog!! Our shy dog fell in love with Franklin in the same second we open the door. Franklin told us exactly what he is going to do and he did! Stop for stretching, food, water, playing and give him love and care, Franklin sent us pictures all the time. I bet our dog didn't miss us ;) Franklin let our dog to sleep with him in the same bed ( how sweet you are) Franklin keep updating us where they are and what they doing! even when they arrived the airport sweet Franklin didn't just drop off our dog, he stayed with him the whole time just to be sure he's good and happy.
