Mike transported a shelter pup from Texas to Washington state for us. He even had great communication with the shelter in order to synchronize pickup. We had never used a shipping service of this sort and had heard some questionable outcomes from reviews (but not about Bird in Hand!) from other websites. This made us extra cautious when choosing our shipper. Mike not only gave us an incredibly great price point, but also had excellent communication along the way. He even sent pictures and videos and made sure to check in throughout the trip and keep us up to date on where he was on the journey. You can tell that he is an animal lover himself and we knew that our new furry family member would be happy and safe in transport to us. Thank you so much for bringing us our new dog! We appreciate it all so much!

I was so satisfied with Pampered Pet Transport! I would highly recommend using him! I was very nervous for Dom because he has always been a very nervous dog. Also I loved that Dom was able to be out in the car instead of being trapped in a cage! Russell took such good care of him and treated him so well! He kept me updated and texted back immediately every time! Great communication and great timing! If I ever need another pet transported I will definitely be using Pampered Pet Transport again!!

Outstanding service/communication! Shawn is the type of individual that will go above and beyond to get the job done - whatever it takes. We were dealing with a serious illness in the family and needed to get two cats transported quickly/safely to their new home for everyone's peace of mind. The cats were picked up and delivered on time, and in great shape, despite driving through two winter storms. Shawn answered all our questions up front, and kept us well informed through out the process. Even used his 'cat whisper' skills to get a skittish cat down off a high shelf and into the travel carrier when no one else could. There are special people in this world. I believe Shawn is one of them. It was an honor to work with him.
