They helped me a pinch (my previous driver canceled the day of transport) but Marika & Clint jumped in and picked up my dog Mocha the next day, they were literally heaven-sent! They gave us regular updates, worked with us on pick up and drop off times and locations (we were traveling via plane). The entire experience was super smooth and reliable! Awesome guy!!! Very friendly and took excellent care of my Siberian Husky. I love my dog more than anything in my life and I was expecting someone to show the same care and love while moving him. Surprisingly, Jonathan was way par my expectation. He kept me updated with the location and pictures often and I could see that my dog felt so comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey. His contract was simple, clear and hassle free. Karen deserves way more than 6 stars. She's such a lovely human and she truly adores animals. She helped me move my 2 cats from Brooklyn, NY to the Buffalo area during an otherwise stressful move. She's got a fantastic setup in her car to ensure that the pet(s) she's transporting have plenty of room to relax and stretch out. She had a litter box for my cats and gave them water along the way, as well as food if they wanted it and if they were feeling good enough to eat. She even helped me wrangle one of my cats out from under the bed. ? I really can't say enough good things about Karen. Also, I just want to hang out with her and chat because she's so much fun. Book her. Just do it. There's no way you'll regret it.

Kiko, my two year old domestic shorthair, was in amazing hands throughout his entire trip. Jon kept me posted with photos, updates on his behavior, and travel requests (he didn’t love the Pennsylvania potholes) along the way. I had Paris as a driver for a kitten a couple months ago. He was great. I reached out to him to pick up another kitten. He picked up at International Customs area both times at JFK. First time was smooth sailing. Second time customs changed some regulations and require you to pay a broker to handle the paperwork to admit animals into the country and Paris was able to hurdle through it. We found a broker quickly after he arrived at airport. After it was all processed the kitten was handed over to him and Paris delivered him right to our door. I would suggest him for your next animal delivery. P.S. dont forget to get a broker so all paperwork is done in advance and you'll hopefully have smooth sailing. ?

The communication could have been better. They rescheduled the pickup before the snow storm hit Texas and therefore they couldn’t pick up my pup on the time agreed. Given the bad weather I was surprised they were still doing pick ups and drop offs. It made me feel I easy. After all the rescheduling issues I decided to go with another air travel service to make things less stressful for the pup and myself. I did get a refund from Citizenshipper but not from them.

Claude was hands down the most truly AMAZING transporter for our pup Jojo from Austin to White Post. He is the best!!! Truly incredible service and care. We were nervous about having to send our girl all the way across the country with a stranger. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Claude is so good with communication, updates, and goes beyond the extra mile. He collected her from our family who were in the middle of the craziness in Texas, and even brought them extra water. Jojo immediately took to him, and honestly was treated like a little queen. His car was so clean, cosy and a true ' home' for jojo on the way. He made sure she had everything she needed and honestly, on arrival in White Post, Jojo had made such a buddy from all his care, she didn't want him to leave. She was ready to get back in the car. That's a real sign! If you're lucky to book Claude, you need not have any hesitations. He's the best by FAR. If we ever need this service again, he's the only guy we'd call. Jojo was a lucky pup and so were we. All our many many thanks Claude.
