Thank you so much to Kassie for her great communication & stellar care in getting our Golden Retriever, Zeke, safely to us! She arrived for pick up at the time promised and delivered at the time promised also. We love the photo updates as they traveled the 900+ miles. It was a nerve wracking process for us since we had never had a dog transported before but she was patient, kind and informative through the process. Zeke wasn't sure he wanted to let her go when it was all over and that tells me he also felt cared for by her. We highly recommend Gypsie's Fur-Pals Express and Kassie for your pet transport needs. Tim was the perfect transporter for our two doodles(55 lb each). We were nervous sending our dogs on a cross-country trip.. but Tim was extremely reassuring. He was prompt on pick up and delivery. He communicated with us every single day and provided a GPS link when requested. He sent us pictures every day and kept our doggies happy and healthy! His van has so much space, we felt very comfortable leaving our dogs in his hands. We sent them with two dog beds, leashes, their favorite toys and food. He traveled so quickly, it felt like our dogs were here in no time! I highly recommend using Tim as a dog transporter if you need one. He spent time talking to us and he is really a nice person. Such a pleasure to have had him take our dogs across the country to our new home.

Amy was FANTASTIC! I had never used this kind service before. She had a great bid & communicated with us any time we had questions. She took great care of our precious cargo that was a Siberian cat moving from West Virginia to Florida. All during the trip she let us know how he was doing. Elizabeth and her husband were so patient. It took us a longer time to drive seven hours with traffic at night and construction on Texas Hwy 35 and they were waiting in my driveway. They put my dog in the backyard and the cat was still with them. My pets have adjusted so well and I really contribute to the fact that Elizabeth and her husband were so good and gentle with my sweet pets. This will be my forever home, but if I ever need to transport my pets again long distance I would recommend them and use them. They’re Ford focus carried my 135 pound dog and caged cat. Bob was the perfect match for our transport needs. I had never hired a pet transporter before and had a good feeling about Bob. We needed to transport a puppy from Ohio to Connecticut for a 10 hour drive. After Bob bid on our transport his communication was clear and kind and he answered all my questions. Bob even provided a reference who happens to live close by to me that I was able to talk with and that sealed the deal. Upon pick up, I’m told by the breeder that Bob was punctual and polite and handled the puppy with care. I was sent pictures of Bob at pickup and of the puppy along the drive. At drop off Bob told us about the trip. If you are looking for a trustworthy and nice guy, Bob is your man. I would use him again. Thank you Bob!

My kittens were picked up right before a snowstorm,the owner actually brought them to his home,treated them like royalty,waited until he felt it was safe to drive,then after a day or so got on the road. I received pictures from the moment the trip started, whether my babies were spending time with his family at his home(which was a blessing in itself) or they were on the road from NJ to FLA I got a pic or video every few hours. I would NEVER even consider using another carrier, East Coast Transport has a customer for life. If anyone has fur babies that need a ride to their new home,these guys go above and beyond in every way! It was my first time sending my dog on a long trip. Dena worked wonderfully with my pup(even though my dog had a temper tantrum) . I am very impressed! I didn't know what to expect when researching this, Johnna was the first person to contact me and despite looking at other options I kept coming back to her. I am very happy with the service Justin provided for my Cane Corso, Kenya. My rescue dog is a bit nervous and anxious, especially around men, and people she doesn’t know. Hezee & Amanda did an amazing job getting our new pup delivered to us despite horrible weather including wind, rain, snow, sleet, & ice. They picked Jasper up right on time and brought him to our front door safe and sound. They sent us several pictures of him along the way and he even stayed with them in the motel where they all waited out the storm. They treated him just like he was their own. We were thrilled to find JoDee and so happy with her from start to finish. She transported our beloved medium-sized Shepard mix across the country safely and happily. This was our first time doing this so we were very nervous, but JoDee put our minds at ease. She made the decision easy for us by being extremely flexible with timing, fair with pricing, and accommodating every step of the way. Once we decided to go with her, her communications were clear and friendly. She was even willing to transport additional items we needed. Her SUV was not large, but there was plenty of room for our pup to be comfortable and safe and JoDee and her sister treated her like their own dog.
