We had a great experience with the transportation of our puppy from Tampa to Ohio. Zachary is extremely professional and compassionate and took great care of our puppy. He was on time (on the dot) to pick up and drop off, as he promised. Sent pics and been in touch via text messages, all through the trip. Our pet was the solo rider in the car and the price Zach quoted was very reasonable! We made a great mistake, the last time we got our pet in a shared ride, which that company took 3 full days and nights to drop off (because they put lot of pets in the same car and so the cost was minimal. The puppy was taken to many different states before arriving home. It had to weather inclement weather during the three day trip such as snow storms etc. I strongly suggest, a solo ride for any pet and especially this transportation company and Zach for a professional and caring pet transport. Lisa was amazing in assisting us with the rescue of a GSD over 1000 miles away. She had the foresight to look at the weather forecast and suggested picking up the dog 2 days early to avoid bad weather. Thank goodness she did. They made it out of there just before the storms hit and delivered our new GSD safely to her new home. Lisa provided updates along the way and sent pictures to ease my nerves. She always responded to my messages quickly which helped me with being more comfortable about the transporting process. JoDee was the best choice I could have made. My puppy had a long 4 day trip from PA to California. During the trip, I received constant updates, photos, videos, messages telling my how my puppy was getting on. I was very happy to see that she cared for my Puppy Rino as if it was her own, she bathed him, constantly walked him and by the time she dropped him off, I could tell that he had developed a real connection with her. I can't recommend Vladislav enough. My wife and I were skeptical about this service but this guy was remarkable. With only 2 days notice he brought my 165 lb great dane from central Virginia to palm bay Florida. Not only did he schedule us quickly but he communicated with us as well as the person in virginia to arrange everything. He drove straight thru the night and had him to me very quickly at a price that was better than fair....almost seemed to good to be true during booking. Riley was very communicative during this whole process! My Boston Terrier, Winston, seemed very calm when he arrived which to me meant he was very well taken care of during his ride from Grandin, Missouri to Denver, Colorado. Where do I even start? I wish I could give more then 5 stars!!! The Fast’N FUR-riest team are beyond fabulous humans. This professional team is timely, responsive, friendly, and overall responsible. Send all your business this way! We had a special shipment of 2 ferrets. They were very accommodating if their creates and items that were to be shipped with. They played and loved on them along the way. Even cleaned out there litter box! We had a mix up with the receiving end. If it came down to it they were willing to keep them as their pets, or if I wanted drop them off at the nearest Humane Socity. Do to the mass miscommunication he wasn’t going to charge since he had to drive that way for another shipment. In the end I’m glad it worked out how it did, but if they were the parents of these ferrets I would have been very happy! I’m so glad I picked Shane, the furry cowboy?!!!

Jim was fantastic. He was flexible (I had to change the date of my trip), communicative, and very personable. He had no problem handling my 57 lb. Labrador who was safe and snug in his vehicle! He made the trip in the exact amount of time that he said he would, which was incredible since it was an 18 hour drive. He stopped at a clean, newer hotel with a large room for my dog. Jim also let me know every time he crossed the state line, and periodically gave me updates and pictures of my dog. The weather was unexpectedly very snowy and cold, so it was a very good thing that I went with an experienced driver who worked in transport prior to CitizenShipper. Jim was used to long hours and tough weather, which made us trust him to get out dog to his destination safe and sound. On time, professional, good with large, sporting dogs with lots of energy, and communicative - select Jim without question!

They were supposed to meet to pick up my dogs at 12-1 o clock they text me at 11:44 saying "Last night was one big adventure. 3 hours of 45 mile an hour road construction then stopped for 2 hours due to a semi on fire. We really still 10 hours away?" they said they were still going to pick up but were 10 hours behind. I made it clear and they said that they understood I needed the dogs dropped off Friday because one of the females were in heat they said they'd still get them. At 6:06 Frost night was when I got a text saying "I’m afraid we won’t be able to after all we may be stuck with her. " this was my first and last time using this. Horrible experience!

At first My Husband and I were Very nervous since we've never had a puppy Transported before. Breezie did such an Amazing job! She was very good at Communicating. We recieved very Frequent Updates on nearly everything especially with their next Moves, Weather Conditions, Possible Delays, Feeding and Cleaning times also lots of Pictures or Videos of our baby! It's best to keep in mind that anything can happen during such a long trip. Delays may occur but patience is a Virtue! Our little one is now snuggled up in her bed and we are soo greatful that we had breezie to take such great care of her during their trip :) I Definitely recommend booking with her, she would be my GO TO if I ever needed to transport another pup!!

They were great I was hoping to have more updates like when they stopped for the night or left in the morning maybe a picture or two. Not fantastic on the communication side. but otherwise picked her up on time, dropped her off and she seamed very happy healthy and well adjusted. Smelled like cedar for three days so that was fun. Would definitly recommend to others just don't get stressed if you don't get a response back for a day.

We had booked Karen & steve for a private ride of our 5 month old golden retriever who isn’t comfortable with car rides and always whines but with Karen & Steve everything went so smoothly. He was so comfortable. Every time I saw him - he was either playing or sleeping in the seat. Right from sharing pictures, locations to sharing videos of funny things that he did. I couldn’t have asked for more. My heart goes out to them. They are hands down the best people I can think of and would always recommend to others whoever need to transport pet. They took care of him like a baby. The weather was unfavourable from the beginning but they drove with safety throughout. Every breaks they took they would update. They didn’t cage him at all. He had the entire seat to himself. Steve even got a toy for him so that he can play during the journey. Mochi had slight cold they gave his medication (that we got from the vet) and took care of it. You can see the passion and love for animals in them. Also they really understand the tension and anxiety we as pet parents go through when our pets are travelling so they accommodate to almost everything you ask for and reply within seconds of us messaging them. Thank you so much once again Karen & Steve for getting Mochi to us safely.

Both cats - including one who is terrified of strangers - loved them and the cats settled in beautifully to our new home because of that care. But the best part was the special instructions Vox was able to provide about transitioning water and other cross country travel tips for animals that I never would have known to ask about. Recommend so highly and definitely would book again.

The bad - When they arrived, everything that was sent smelled like cigarette smoke, including the dog himself, his toys, blankets, etc. We had to give the dog a bath and wash everything that was sent to get rid of the smell.

This was an excellent experience all round. Shelly was professional, had excellent communications from the start of the process to George’s drop off. Shelly kept us updated with both texts and photos of George. She was very flexible and accommodating with a bit of a problem on our end with the pick up time and was patient and helpful. She and her son were amazing in getting George from Florida to New Jersey in a day! Unbelievable. Shelly uses a navigation device where you are able to follow along on where the Furbaby Express is as it travels. I also enjoyed Shelly’s sense of humor which added to a perfect choice. Wow, if you want someone to go above and beyond what is expected to make sure your pet gets delivered to you safely and comfortably, you need to hire Darby. She drove 6 hours round trip in a snow storm to pick up our new Golden Retriever puppy then kept him overnight and flew him to CA the next morning. Best experience ever! They maintained constant communication which included location markers and pictures of our girls the whole way. Very professional team. They made us feel confident that they would get our girls to safely. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and it shows in how at ease our girls were with them.
