During the trip (a long trip from Iowa to Kentucky) she kept me very up to date on how my pup was doing and the eta. She has a therapy dog that travels with her and I think that probably made my pup feel more comfortable since there was the presence of another dog in the car. When she arrived she was super friendly and told me all about how my pup did. The travel crates in her car are super nice and strapped in very well so that my pup was very safe. Melissa made the transport of my puppy super easy and stress free! I will for sure use her again if I need to transport a puppy! Adam is an excellent transporter. He does everything he says and more. The 3,000 mile journey from Tampa, FL to Kennewick, WA did not stress my dog out as other carriers would have likely done. Adam is excellent with communication and the ability to track him via GPS in real time helped me to know things were going smoothly. My dog was given vip treatment the entire trip by Adam and he stopped for bathroom breaks more often than I ever have on the same trip with the same dog. So, in summary Adam exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lindsay if you have pet transportation needs. She is very professional and reliable. When she transported our dog from Ohio to Texas she had to contend with snow storms and icy roads, and yet she pressed on through it all. She also kept us updated and took loving care of our cairn. Zoey had a spacious crate to travel in with plenty of room for her pillow and toys. She also had regular potty breaks and feeding times. This was an amazing experience. I was so axious and 1800 miles away from a dog a gave away 3yrs ago. Freya was the youngest of my dogs accidental litter. I gave her away for she was a brilliant dog and would rule anyones world. I kept the more challenged dogs for they needed their moms. I get news Freya is no longer working out and the pound was mentioned. My heart sank and mama bear reached out for help. I visited other sites but this one had results and reviews. I did not want the dog to be flown and she likes car rides. I read Becky's reviews and she was quick to respond. I was lucky to catch her before leaving the Texas area.
