The only reason that I’m not giving them one star is because they only cost $400. Now, a word of advice. Do NOT hire them if you need to get the dog on time. Okay? I hired these people and they where supposed to give me my pup at 10:00 am. I got the dog at 9:00 pm. And they told me that they delivered on the day they promised and that I “should be happy” because it was ”so cheap”. I mean, what? Come on. No explanation of why they where late or anything. My puppy was freezing cold and wouldn’t stop shivering. He was also covered in dirt and apparently, his water. They sent only a few pictures and most of the time I had to prompt them. One good thing is that the actual people where super friendly and real. I also liked how I could pay on delivery. The main problem is is that I actually had things to do after the time. For all they knew, I could have taken my lunch hour to get him and they where almost 9 hours late.

Emi Used Love to Teach Our Dog Manners Until two weeks ago our dog Willow would pull, bark and growl when we encountered other dogs. This behavior led her to flunk her interview for doggy day camp. We worried about the extra work this behavior would cause the person taking Willow cross-country. We were so grateful that Emi offered to take Willow despite these issues. From our first contact Emi was prompt, clear and kind in all of her communication. When she came to pick up our dog it was clear that she was a pro and that Willow would be well cared for. From the first hours she had Willow, Emi sent us tons of photos. The photos soon showed what a wonderful time Willow was having - she had the biggest smile in every photo (I didn’t know dogs smiled before I saw the photos), and had literally cozied up to Emi’s dog Willow. When Emi dropped Willow off a week later Willow’s leash aggression was entirely gone. She can now walk past other dogs, even in high stimulation situations like the pet store. She also has stopped begging for food and knows five new commands. Emi did this all through connection and love. She taught me how to correct Willow by getting her attention and talking to her in a firm and loving Mom voice. Willow’s ability to be around other dogs is life-changing for us - we can take her places! My children can walk her! Emi will be entirely dedicated to you and your dog. After completing a cross country drive Emi offered to go to the pet store with me and my dog so that we could find a properly fitting harness. She took even more time to show us how to continue to work with Willow in a loving way. We had previously worked with a trainer who used an electric collar to give our dog small corrections. This approach just didn’t feel comfortable for me. Emi showed me an intuitive and connection based way to work with Willow. We payed for a Dog Nanny and got a Dog Whisperer, Dog Tutor, Dog Therapist - so much more. I cannot recommend Emi enough. If you are lucky enough to work with her make sure to give her a bonus!

I live in the Bay Area in CA and needed a way to get my puppy from CO. I looked into flight nannies and transport companies and Emi is the only one who did what I wanted. She was in contact with my breeder the entire time, coordinated a pick up, and brought him all the way to my front door. She sent me photos of her, including her driver's license to ensure that she was in fact who she said she was. This made me significantly more comfortable having someone go pick up and bring me my expensive dog. My pup has special needs because he has a severe face deformity, which leaves a hole in his nose that exposes his nasal cavity. Emi cooperated with the strict instructions given by the breeder with how to properly feed him. She was in communication with me the entire time and send pictures and updates multiple times daily. I am happy that I chose Emi to be my pet nanny. She brought my puppy to my doorstep and I knew he was well taken care of. She worked on crate training him and briefly worked with some leash training, which happened to make my life with a new puppy much easier. She also stopped along the way and bought him a toy that she let us keep! Overall we had a great experience and I definitely recommend Emi.

They were great and very helpful they went to the location the same day I booked them but I had to cancel because I got scammed so if you try to adopt an ALASKAN MALAMUTE FROM JULES ACHILLE NGOTCHIE ITS A SCAM**** he will do everything just fine until he says he wants payment and he won’t give the dog to them until he’s paid, I didn’t follow through with payment as I said I wouldn’t until I knew the dog was real and actually able to be picked up, I told him they would not take him until I paid but he refused saying he wouldn’t meet them till I payed so we stopped the process, I’m pretty torn up about it as I’ve been looking tirelessly for a dog now just to be let down hard, please watch yourselves with online adoption, but definitely choose this company for transport, very quick and accommodating.

Payment: can only pay through his direct ZELLE account, no other form accepted. 3. Takes a while to respond to your questions (8+ hours) then responds late at night which is fine because he is on the road, BUT EXPECTS you to respond to a 4am message and then "RETRACTS" his bid when I did not answer right away. To wrap it up: He wants FULL payment upfront to his ZELLE account in order to receive a pickup/drop off date. What if the dates did not work for me.. I am stuck.. You are at his mercy to his responses all hours of the night. His profile is incomplete so you are paying someone blind and he has your belongings. Not a smart business move. I would NOT RECOMMEND

I have no idea what happened to make her just up and vanish. I just saw the other review that said she disappeared on them last week too. I wish I had seen that review earlier this week. But I just talked to her yesterday to confirm today's pickup so I have no idea what happened. Terrible service. We had to cancel important plans because she decided not to show up. DO NOT BOOK!

Not what I expected. When discussing his bid he indicated he would be very communicative during transport but he had my kittens three days with little communication. My requests for updates or pictures often went ignored. I wasn't asking for a lot just that he touch base twice a day and send pictures when he did so. I got pictures shortly after he picked them up and just before delivery. The kittens were filthy from pee pads instead of litter, their feet, bottoms and tails were crusty so a bath was needed right away. They were very thirsty which makes me question how often they had access to water. While I wanted my pets quickly, I wasn't comfortable with the fact they often drive 90+ MPH. My kittens and the other animals wouldn't survive a crash at that speed. I gave two stars because my kittens arrived safely but communication and care weren’t at the level expected especially with a three-person team in the vehicle. It’s a bummer because I’d hoped to recommend him.
