Although early communication was a bit spotty, my overall experience was great. Luis and his team did exactly what they promised. My dog's driver, Stevie, was incredibly sweet and kept in touch the whole way. Almost 3000 miles and not a hitch.I think she would have kept Bella if given the chance. A great experience!

After booking Shelly, she immediately called me and worked out plans to transport a new pup to my daughter. The plan was for her to pick up the pup Monday night and she would drive through the night to get him to my daughter in the morning. Shelly arrived almost two hours later than the time we set and instead of driving through the night, she decided she would get a hotel. The next morning, she texted me that the pup was throwing up. Between texts and phone calls, I stressed to Shelly to bring him back if she felt he was to sick to travel since she was only an hour away from my house. She insisted he would be okay. 29 hours after initially picking up the pup, Shelly delivered a barely breathing puppy to my daughter who died 5 minutes after she pulled off. To add insult to injury, while I’m trying to calm my traumatized daughter, Shelly left me a voicemail, not expressing sympathy but instead accusing me of taking money out of her account. To be clear, I don’t blame her for the dog dying, I was clearly sold a sick puppy but I wish she cared enough about the puppy to stop and find the nearest pet hospital or at the very least, shield my daughter from watching a puppy die.

The driver didn't complete the service as a matter of fact he never contacted me again I had to learn 1 day before he was to pick up the dog he wasn't going to do it. He inconvenienced me, the owner of the dog I was adopting and the breeder which was the place where Rusty was to be picked up. The whole experience was a joke. I got nothing for all my efforts. I wouldn't use the services of CitizenShip either.

Such an inconvenient experience with him. 1st he wanted me to pay half the trip cost through PayPal then after I sent it he claimed PayPal wasn’t working on his end and I’m still waiting for the refund through my bank after 2 days. On pickup date he said he had car trouble. Which is fine but I am in an urgent need for pet transport and needed a clear answer if he could pick up my pet the next day or not. He assured he could saying he’s not a “scam” only to cancel once again. Now I’m stuck trying to find another transporter ASAP. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about MD Pet Transport and Mike the owner. I was pretty nervous about the whole process but Mike was absolutely FANTASTIC from the start to the end and I was very comfortable and relaxed during the entire trip knowing my fur baby was in good hands. Once the trip started I received continuous GPS locations and was sent numerous texts and pictures nearly every 3-4 hours during the entire trip. When our pitbull Samsone arrived he was healthy and happy and looked like he loved the trip and Mike. It was obvious MD Pet Transport and Mike really cared about my Samsone and took wonderful care of him the whole trip. If you are looking for someone to transport your pet that is kind, caring and extremely professional do not hesitate to hire Mike and MD Pet Transport, you will not be disappointed. David transported 3 of our dogs. 2 golden retrievers and 1 Australian Shepherd. He got them to us safe and fast (3 days cross country). Our Aussie likes to cry in the car, which I know can be annoying, but David was a champ. He was accommodating to our pickup date and also to our dogs needs in terms of separation & crate anxiety. We got updates when they were in Montana, Wisconsin and when they were an hour away which was nice. He also gave us the ability to track him through google maps which gave us a live eta. I’d recommend David to anyone needing pet transport. He’s trustworthy and friendly with great communication skills considering he’s driving more than half the time!

Travis and Heather are an impressive logistics team, and stellar human beings! They exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I had to move about a ton of furniture and misc belongings off of my parents' remote farm in Minnesota to Denver. The farm has some complicated access features for a rig. For years, I had put it off, not knowing how I'd pull it off and I'm so glad that Travis responded to my offer. Even though I wasn't able to be there at the pickup end, Heather and Travis communicated and liaised patiently with my mom as they sorted through many possible scenarios for the where and when to transfer the items. I was also nervous about the transfer of some of the heavier and bulkier items as my parents are not as strong as they one were. I had no reason for concern. Travis and Heather handled all aspects with ease and patience and my folks did not have to lift a finger. I recommend C7SEAS enthusiastically and should I ever have a large shipment to transport again, they will be the first shippers I'll look up. It was a absolute pleasure to work with them.

The whole experience was seamless and by far the best I have ever encountered with moving anything valuable. David is kind, courteous, very communicative and followed through with everything he said he would. He very carefully blanket and shrink wrapped my furniture, brought it safely into my home, and arrived all the way from eastern Virginia to northern Colorado with it in a day and a half. Michael is a Veteran, which is my original reason for trusting him! It's clear that he truly loves animals. He was on time, very flexible with my schedule and sent pictures many time.. always with the sweetest things to say about the puppy! He was very fairly priced and kind. Couldn't be happier. I was dreading driving half way across the country with two kids and a dog ... it was a guaranteed to cost more, counting hotels rooms, gas, food and the risk to my mental state (did I mention two children and me driving across the southwest in the midst of a heatwave?). What you really want to know is will your pet be safe ... my mom's standard poodle made it safe & sound. When she got to her new forever-home, she settled in quickly and is now living large in Texas.
