It is difficult to describe how Patty went above and beyond during our entire experience! Please don't expect this, but we were dealing with a non-verified pet owner and she actually drove over 30 miles to ensure that the puppies were actually there, prior to the trip that was to begin the next day. Patty communicated to us every step of the way, sharing where they were via Messenger and maps and taking pictures along the way during the two-day trip. We had a couple of snafus in our own schedule and she gladly accommodated us! If you want someone to love your puppy during the trip, this is your lady.

Shawn and his driving partner were AMAZING with our 95lbs Rottweiler and 84lbs Lab mix! Our pups were clearly happy and had zero signs of stress, which for any fur-parent is a huge concern after we had just completed a 10hr flight from Japan to Seattle. Shawn picked up our fur-children at SEATAC airport and drive to his home (the mid-way point of the trip). The next day his partner (also a military veteran) drive our pups the rest of the way to our home San Diego. Shawn partner was so nice and courteous. My wife and I were very happy with the service and the ease of this option for our pups. I highly recommend Shawn and his partner and will use them in the future, if needed.

WOW! 5 stars is just not high enough of a rating for David. His communication, from the very beginning was open, professional and courteous. He was soooo incredibly accommodating and I loved the continuous GPS tracking that he provided me. I knew where he and the puppy were at all times and could even see how often and for how long he stopped to walk my pup! It was very scary to give the responsibility of putting my new fur baby into the care of a total stranger, but please have NO FEAR with David. He is AWESOME!!! He frequently texted to keep me apprised of his and my puppy's progress and sent pictures along the way. I highly recommend him without reservation!!

I found them from a google search, and I am really happy that I chose Hunter! Monica and Chris did a wonderful job transporting my cat Coconut. Coconut is a very difficult cat when it comes to traveling--gets feverish, yowls, tries to destroy the carrier, etc. But with Monica and Chris Coconut seems to take the trip with ease!
