If you are debating on who to go with for transporting your baby- stop and don’t look any further!!! Rickie is absolutely amazing!! This was our first time ever having a pet transported and we had no idea what to expect. I went through many bidders and MANY profiles, there was something about Rickie that I felt comfortable with. I wasn’t wrong. Never did I feel nervous or have a bad feeling on anything! He was extremely professional and reached out to myself and the breeder. He ensured that the breeder gave all the items they were supposed to. I would not recommend this company to transport anything. I have called and emailed them a number of times with poor or no response. The first Transporter they send showed up in a UHaul Truck & Trailer and had motorcycles strapped to the side wall and no wheel chocks. I refused to put my motorcycle on this truck for fear of severe damage to my new Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide. All this truck had was Croch Rockets & Dirt Bikes. ADL made promises of pickup and they never scheduled, confirmed or picked up. They need to get out of the transport business because the are not qualified. Terrible from all aspects.

Steven drove our sweet Lulu from Florida to upstate New York and he was a dream. Steven was lovely, professional, and sent us pictures and updates throughout the trip. I was extremely happy with the services that Dana provided. She transported 3 8week old Catahoula puppies for me(one of the puppies was deaf) from the Louisiana bayou to Arizona approximately 1500 miles. The puppies had been kept as outside dogs and had never ridden in a vehicle before this trip. If you know anything about Catahoulas, you know they can be very strong willed and energetic. This group of puppies was a rowdy bunch indeed. Dana was very professional and communicated well with me from the beginning of the journey which was the booking/interview process. She answered my questions without hesitation and honestly while others kept skirting around the questions and avoiding answering me completely. She has excellent reviews and solid references. Her bid was more than fair and she didn't try to price gouge me for transporting 3 puppies including one special needs puppy. She also wanted no money upfront and payment was not due until upon delivery. She contacted the seller(pick up location contact) and got directions because it was in the middle of the country in the Louisiana bayou. Kudos to her for not getting lost in the swamp. She kept me informed of how the pups were doing along the trip, sent updated photos of them, and let me know when she was starting in the morning and when they stopped at night. Dana was right on schedule, in fact she made great time. The pups looked well cared for and were active and happy. She is a caring individual and you can tell she really loves her job. I would definitely use her services again and will highly recommend her to my family and friends. I need to mention that she provided excellent service while she was dealing with the loss of a family member during this time. Hands down the BEST transportation service I have ever used and now I will use no one except her for my transport needs. Thanks Dana from Marty and the rowdy bunch of Catahoulas.

We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Basil and Jack. They were amazing from the very start. I asked a million questions before booking and Basil was so patient in answering them all. Very slow to respond. Good manners. Transported my AKC bulldogs. Overheated them both !!Both at vet for 4 hours. Had to send Highway patrol out to locate them . GPS didn’t move for over 3 hours . Cursed me out when woke by patrolman. Both asleep. We know 8 dogs minimum in van. Then found out ours had panted over 12 hours before they contacted me the first time . Very young. Again good manners ..except cursing me out. Did get both our bulldogs treatment. But we got the bill !!!!One temp over 106 vet thought he’d have brain damage. Other one 103. Advertising said photos and movies along the way. We got a FaceTime when dog was laying motionless on ground. One small video of both after vet visit...had so repeatedly ask for it . No photos or videos initiated by them. These dogs went from Missouri to California I watched the GPS until they arrived in California. If there are two people in transport ....both should not be sleeping . Especially on these bulldogs. Their chance of overheating a second time is 75%. They said there was water in the cage. Unacceptable. As sound as I was told they were sleeping ...my dogs could have died. They were told they were wrong by the recipient who paid the vet bill. Supposed to be bonded and insured $5000 per animal. Could not get insurance information. Supposedly USDA certified. Nothing on file. I did file complaint with Citizenshippers. This is now an investigation. Dogs arrived Saturday I waited 3 days to write review. Didn’t want to write this while I was angry. I did get an apology and he said he’d like to work with me again. These are $3000 dogs. I’m not sure I wouldn’t even consider them a possibility.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Hound Haulers and the owner Corey! We had an exceptional experience all the way through. They were extremely professional, curteous, caring and contientious in every regard. They had an unexpected driver emergency which they handled with excellence and kept everthing perfectly on track and on time. Corey took care of our little 8 week old Akita puppy with incredible care, even stopping to bath him at one point because he had gotten himself dirty. Corey kept my new puppy parent and I constantly updated with pictures and messages so we could see just how our little guy was doing. Not only is Michael a great guy and very responsive. What stands out most is how he cared for my shipment as if it was his own property. We had some challenges during the journey because a flat trailer tire on my trailer on the highway. The worst part is there was no spare on the trailer. He had to find a place to drop and secure my trailer so he could drive 40 miles round trip to pick up replacement tires from a Tractor Supply. This put him seriously behind schedule not only for my delivery but for his next pick-up. Then, in the middle of the night, the other tire blew. He had to change out that tire on the highway as well. He was extremely patient, pleasant and handled the situation far more professionally than I would have. If I ever need something shipped again, I hope Michael has availability because he will be my first choice. He won't let you down!

He was extremely helpful in explaining the process prior to booking and kept me updated with pictures the whole way here. I would highly recommend Spoiled With Care. I could not have asked for a better experience. Mrs. Clay Hardy was my nanny for ground transportation of my bunny, Trixi. I was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect but Mrs Hardy put my mind at ease when she sent me pictures and videos of how Trixi was doing on her trip. Trixi was transported from Lynchburg VA to Bradford Pa. The trip only took her 16 hours to get here. She arrived earlier than i expected which was great. I met her for a 2am pick up which was my choice. I could have had a later pick up but i wanted to get her when she arrived at the pickup spot. Trixi arrived safe and sound and in great condition. The payment process was easy. If you need transport, go with them, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so disappointed in the service i received. David is a great guy when you get a chance to meet him in person and talk with him. However, his logistics and communication leaves a lot to be desired. I had initially asked for my dog to be picked up on August 14 and told she would be in Ohio I’m August 17. David was able to pick my dog up two days earlier and verbally told me she would be there at some point Over the weekend. She wasn’t delivered until mid day Monday. He quoted me three days and ultimately took five days. I only received two picture updates on two days. For a team of three people I expected a lot more transparency and improved communication. If you’re not in a rush to get your dog where they’re going and okay with keeping them in the crate for long period of time, David is the guy for you. If your dog has anxiety or the potential to have anxiety I wouldn’t recommend.
