We are appalled at the lack of professionalism, the blatant lack of observed safety of the animal by not having him secured in the vehicle properly and risking his health by smoking in the car with our breeding stud, and we believe she essentially risk his health by taking him on a longer needless route bypassing the opportunity to deliver him on time for the sake of taking on another transport in a vehicle that did not have safe circulation of air conditioning.

Despite it been late in the evening he agreed to come and pick up our little fur-ball and drive across country the very next day. He was friendly, courteous and kept us informed of his progress with good communication when he stopped for gas breaks. Our little 10 week old kitten arrived safely and was happy, healthy and in good spirits when I collected her – I think she enjoyed her road trip with Ian jamming along to the radio along the way! Our kitten traveled from the breeder in Pennsylvania to me in Madison. Rhonda seemed very cat friendly and gave me regular updates along the way after an initial communication glitch had been worked out. The kitten was very calm when she arrived, but also very thirsty. I think Rhonda is fairly new to transporting pets. She seemed worried about how much longer it was taking than her original estimate. I think that as she becomes more experienced, she will worry less about unforseen delays and more about making sure there are enough stops for water. She was very friendly and our kitten seemed to trust her.

They sent the breeder a text saying they canceled and I was notified by the breeder. I never got a call a text or email to make me aware they canceled. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them to find out what was going on. I never got a response. So I had to scramble to try and work out another pick up option for our dogs. We are finally getting them at the end of this week. They are completely unprofessional!!! Buyer beware !!!
