We were really nervous transporting it across the entire country and he put our minds at ease. Not only was David professional, but he also arrived ahead of schedule and took necessary precuations during travel to account for weather, storms, fire, etc. Lastly, it is worth noting he put in extra safety precautions that the seller/dealer did not. Amanda is a professional through and through. I am a breeder of Standard Poodles for the purpose of being service dogs for American Vet’s. I needed to have an adult standard poodle picked up in Ohio and delivered to me while I was on a RV trip traveling through Minnesota. I did not have an actual address to have Amanda deliver too. Amanda performed flawlessly. She picked up my pup on Saturday in Ohio and delivered him to me at my RV in Minnesota on Monday. Our plan was to meet on Monday morning at a Target parking lot. Amanda had arrived early to the meet location and to my surprise she had already been to the local Petco. Amanda gave my new dirty dog (previous owner did not wash him prior to pick up) a thorough dog wash at the self-service dog wash and then delivered him to me smelling good and ready to travel in my RV back to Idaho. Golden Voyages/Claude was excellent. I was VERY nervous about sending my dog (basically child) across country with a stranger. I had another transported booked when Claude reached out and almost immediately I felt more comfortable with him and made the switch. GPS tracking and the solo ride were the most important to me and Claude offered both. The day before pick up he called and asked us a lot of questions to help him really get to know our pup which was unexpected and MUCH appreciated. I liked Shawn at first because he was responsive and helped ease my worries. But a few days before he was to pick up my fur baby/cat. he texts me out of no where and changes the plan. So instead of him being the to be getting my kitty, It's his brother at 2am. Thankfully my friend that was watching her was up at a lot hour. So I had to scramble to make sure my friend was able to be ready for Shawn's brother to get my kitty. So the brother "Mike" was his name was. So he actually was early and my friend said that Mike was rude. And then Mike was grumpy because he didn't want to take a few things that Shawn had already agreed on. So Mike talked to me a little on the way of bringing my kitty to me and sent some photos. My kitty was extremely scared and then he moved her after he already put her in a cage so that scared her even more you could just tell by seeing the photos. So once they had gotten here to dropped of my baby. they were helpful and nice but they smoked it the van and my baby smelled of cigarettes. I'm happy she got to me early but not happy that they changed the plans on me out of no where. And I don't like that it wasn't Shawn after I had already gotten comfortable with Shawn being the one driving.

There really aren’t words to describe Suzanne’s character, charm, compassion, and savvy! Take it from a Vet! My partner and I were unable to pick up our new pup from Colorado due to work schedules, which resulted in us searching here. Being familiar with the transport process, I knew what to expect price and process-wise, but had no idea the level of care and service we’d get, or just how much I’d appreciate it. Suzanne made a fair bid for the job, which if you don’t think dealing with a pup (or any animal for that matter) in the car isn’t already quite the task, but she also just went so above and beyond without our even asking. Sara and John are amazing. Sara was great with planning, coordinating documents and pickup details with the breeder and also with transportation and care of my puppy. GPS so I could always see where she was and she always sent me updates, pictures, and videos. They offer a very professional service at a affordable price. I highly recommend!!!

Great and caring service! John and his wife took care of an 1.4 year old australian shepherd we rescued and needed last minute transport from TX to CO. He kept us updated even sending us pictures.
