My driver Flynn was absolutely wonderful. A very polite, helpful and capable gentleman. However, Sam and Jennifer were very poor with communicating important things such as payment terms and plans. They changed drivers from Sam to Flynn without telling me. When I called Sam the day before, he was confused and said he wasn’t the one driving anymore. Then when Flynn and I met out of state to pick up my boat, he said Jennifer wanted him to go pick-up a cat in another state before completing my delivery. That would have added hundreds of interstate miles on my vintage boat already being hauled across the country. Unacceptable, and added a lot of stress and confusion to an already very detailed and distant move. Do not recommend Jennifer and Sam but Flynn was a gem so it all ended up ok, just very chaotic and surprising. Poor communication. Wouldn’t use again due to my lack of trust in their judgement.

There were a couple hiccups and I’d recommend a little more communication with flights and dates- though it’s hard when flying red eye- but for the difficulties we ran into, it all worked out fine! While Elizabeth was very nice to deal with as a person, this delivery did not go at all as I was promised it would. First, she showed up three hours late for the initial pickup of my kittens, which meant that I was saying goodbye to them at 11:30 p.m. When she arrived, I was initially greeted by a gentleman who I had never spoken to before and all he said was that he was sorry but her car broke down so they ended up having to take his. Given that they had come from eight hours away, I told Elizabeth that this was something she probably should have told me beforehand, which was simply meant with a stare. After watching them attempt to pack the backseat of the Camry they brought instead, I ended up doing it myself, as they clearly had no idea what they were doing. I also noted that car smelled slightly of cigarettes. I was incredibly hesitant to let my kittens ride with them but after a few questions and discussing it with the person who has helped me with literally every step of getting them off to a great start, we decided that it would be ok. I was promised updates and pictures every two hours. I did not hear from them for a full nine hours after they left my house, and this was after texting and calling her multiple times. I was told that they got turned around in New Mexico and that she fell asleep before she was in a place with good service. However, she later apologized for barely seeing all of my missed calls, which means that her ringer was off the whole time as well. I was finally sent a live tracker and a few pics of their journey. The few hours after I woke up that morning trying to get a hold of her were incredibly anxious ones, to put it mildly. Finally, and this is not a huge deal, but after I paid her via CashApp, I literally did not hear from her anymore whatsoever. Not even a "Thanks for your business." I feel like I was incredibly patient and understanding during this whole experience. I found these two kittens when they were a day old, right when this whole lockdown thing hit. They were my pandemic project and this was the final step in what has been a significant experience for me. I explained all of this to Elizabeth. Given her lack of reviews on here I was trying to give her a chance and help build a reputation. Let's just say this review would have told the story of how she took the last step in this important process for me and knocked it out of the park, ultimately making the last four months have gone perfect. Ironically, the kittens showed up a little earlier than the time she had promised me at the beginning, which is the only reason this is a 2 star review. But this also indicates that she did not do her due diligence in finding out actual times and distances. Elizabeth is a very nice person and answered all of my questions. I just think that if she is serious about pursuing this line of work, she needs to be more sensitive to the fact that she is transporting people's babies, and refine her process a little bit before she is able to consider herself a professional in this occupation.

This is the first time I’ve ever worked with a transporter to fly my 2 kitties. I was a bit worried but my experience was actually very smooth. Nico and Mica were very friendly and communicated well throughout the entire process. I did ask a lot of questions which I highly recommend (Ie. Health certificate, what to put on the certificate, flight info, dates etc). I strongly recommend working with them. We met up at the airport (took 5 mins) and the kitties safely landed in Iowa after a long flight. They are doing great

This is nothing good I was quoted a price then told for short notice it would be more and I was all on board with that so we were off to a beautiful start then comes pick up day and no pick up and the driver tells me because of the fires down south he couldn’t get there in time he will pick up tomorrow first thing in the morning I thought no problem there just a short 4 hours he will have it here by 4 pm the afternoon he picked it up like he said well about 10:30 I text the driver top of the morning to you ... got no reply at 11 am got a call from the dealership telling me that they have the wrong kind of equipment to load my trike .... mind you I just text the driver and he couldn’t tell me that and he never did call to tell me anything if not for the dealership telling me I would have been sitting waiting for my motorcycle at 4 pm not knowing it’s not coming and they know I’m leaving out of town at 11 pm for two weeks ..... now what ???? I call they say they are looking for a different truck to come pick up my bike the dealership closes at 6 it is now 5:10 and no one wants to reply to my messages this is way beyond unacceptable ............
