Unfortunately I cannot review the trip because this drive was callejero on me. There was an argument that occurred between the breeder and he, and in the end he turned around and did not pick up. I know that my contact with him was great up to the point where he decided not to pick up the puppy. He had hurt his back and wanted to change the date to the next. Unfortunately the breeder would not have been available the rest of the week and was going to charge me a boarding fee of not picked up on the agreed date. The driver felt bad and had his wife drive to pick up instead. In the meantime the conversation between he and the breeder got a bit rude and he decided not to go. That left me in a lurch bit luckily the breeder put me in contact with another shipper that was heading toward the east coast about 3 hours from me with the puppy's sibling. He agreed to bring the puppy to me last minute.

Sam and Sandra were great from the start! There first act of caring was safety and time! They were so great at working with us on getting the pup and delivering safety but also in a great time manor! They kept communication and they were very kind they took pictures and well care of her. I would suggest them for anyone! I had some bad drivers the last two times and they turned my way of thinking! Ricardo was amazing with my cat! She’s not fond of men, but by the end of the trip, she allowed him to pet her. Ricardo provided daily updates and photos of my cat to make me feel more at ease with her not around. He was very accommodating on multiple aspects and I would definitely recommend or hire him again!

We had a flawless experience with Big. Exceptional communication, easy to follow tracking, videos of our puppy, and incredibly punctual pick up and delivery. He transported our puppy from Pennsylvania to Miami and made it there faster than we would have thought possible. His pricing was fair and he seemed to genuinely care about our puppy's well being. David B. is an excellent transporter. We had a family emergency and he offered his services. As a professional, he outlined his timeline, and understood how anxious we were because of our emergency. He patiently addressed all of our concerns. David arrived on time to pick up our dog. He contacted us frequently to let us know how everything was going. Finally, he delivered our dog ahead of schedule! We are grateful that David was available when we needed him. If you need a transporter, David is very capable.

My mom couldn’t fly home with my dog Daphne, because she’s a Boston terrier, they are considered snuffed nose breeds by most airlines. I highly recommend Nancy! She absolutely loves what she does and it shows. Our puppy arrived healthy, happy and quickly- despite the 2500 trip. Nancy kept us up to date at all times including sending pictures, videos and sharing her location via iPhone so we could track her. She even stopped to buy him a stuffed animal for extra comfort. She gave us 2 bowls, a chew toy, a small blanket and stuffed bear during the hand-off and best of all a new member of the family.
