I am very pleased with the service we got. They went through a storm along the way and gizmo gets scared of thunder, so they cuddled with him most of the way. They only stayed in hotels my dog could go into which was a big concern of ours. Dug was realLynwood good with our puppy Blessed he brought her from Tennessee to ILLINOIS at 8wks old, I was scared to use this service at first because I’ve never heard of this type of transporting, but Dug was very trustworthy he updated us every step of the way, he contacted us for every potty break or rest break and the weather got real bad so it delayed timing for her arrival but he always kept us informed. He sent pics of our Great Dane puppy to assure us she was fine. He made me comfortable with this service I am currently looking for another puppy and with no hesitation I will use this service to transport my pet, I wish I could even use Dug again. They arrived at the breeders to pick up my puppy right on time.They offer extra personal touches,e.g. a collar and new toys for the puppy.Once they started driving, I realized how wonderful they really were. Lots of photos of my puppy, updates on the drive, and information on their overnight stops.They are very attentive to safety and dog health,e.g. vulnerability of puppies who haven't completed all their vaccinations. Clearly, John and Sara love dogs! My puppy really bonded with them and clearly felt secure,though she had never been crated and probably never been in a car! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Natalie took pictures of my puppy as part of transporting my dog through Citizen Shipper. As she made me expect & as promoted by Citizen Shipper, she would send pictures regularly as updates but I guess she did not. Today 8/3/20, I discovered that Natalie has a new venture called Growling Grins Transportation. Without my permission she posted 41 pictures of my dog on her Fb page. I only had 3 of those pictures THREE! Imagine my surprise to see all those pictures that I had not seen before! It was like pulling teeth to get updates; or it happened while she had free WiFi at fast food stops. It was a 30 hour trip that took her 6 days to complete!! I have driven the route many times & the longest it took me was 4 days. She had excuses that did not make sense for why she was taking so long to cross the states. She told me she had 2 other drivers but only had one & her own large dog along for the ride. I found out about the extra dog after she arrived to the intended location. I was worried for my 6 months old puppy that had never traveled cross country and then with strangers. By posting pictures of my puppy it “appears” that her new venture transported my dog which I accepted through Citizen Shipper. It was not a positive experience. The conversations stopped on day 2 of the travel because Citizen Shipper locked her account. She said it was because she did not pay the fee owed to Citizen Shipper as she agreed to when she signed up with Citizen Shipper. Or she thought it was because CitizenShipper discovered her trying to direct people from signing up through CitizenShipper and to sign through her Fb page. I told her she knew of the fee. I am sorry that people do this that discredits what all the reputable transporters do in conjunction with Citizen Shipper. I have used pet transport before & it was a great experience with frequent updates. I have asked her to remove the pictures of my dog from her Fb group.

Lorin is a nice person. My spouse and I had an issue of lack of communication. Prior we hired his service we're straightforward that our cat needs to be pickup on the specific date due to the moving people will pickup our stuff. When the date comes we're last priority. Our cat was hungry, uncomfortable and no options. When we tried to work it out and suddenly not answering phone and stopped communication. We tried to ask the midpoint that we can meet so that we can deliver our cat. Until 9pm we're waiting outside our sold home hoping to know his location so that we can drive. Ultimately he want us to stay in the hotel who accepts cat but we don't have any litter for our cat. Finally he provided his location but it's too late it's 4 hours away and we arrived to location at 2am. I was so pissed and very upset. It's okay if he told earlier than 7am his location and we have enough time to drive. I can only give 1 star for that. Because he took cares of our cat, I can give another star. Hope you plan your route for pickup and not in Utah when I called early in the morning. You started in Northern part of California and don't care of our situation. Make sure when you commit for the service please be honest from the very start if you can make it or not. Your customer is expecting when they give you a specific date. It's okay if the moving people came the next day. Even you came next day that will be fine. But you know from the very start the pickup date and non NEGOTIABLE. Thank you for taking care of our cat.

A to B transport was an excellent transporter. She kept me informed of how my pup was doing all along the route. She even returned to the breeder, which was a 2 hour backtrack, because she felt the pup might be ill and she didn't want to deliver a sick dog. It turned out to be car sickness and they had no further problems. But what a considerate lady; I was quite impresses! I highly recommend this transporter. I was extremely pleased with her service. I needed a transport sheduled to leave in 1 to 2 days for a very long trip with an 8 week old Saint Bernard. She traveled with her husband so they only stopped for puppy breaks. Despite bad weather with terrible driving conditions they were only 3 hours late from schedule delivery time. She kept me informed the entire trip and Sent me pictures of my baby! I asked her to send location sharing and she uploaded the android app on her Apple phone. I was able to follow them across the us. I know the puppy was not easy with not being potty trained nor kennel trained. She gave my puppy a safe puppy toy, which he is still using. Our dog was in Oklahoma with a relative during my husbands deployment. We had expected to pick him up ourselves after my husband returned, but due to the Covid travel ban being apart from him for 2 months turned into 6 months and we were anxious to find a way to get him here. A bunch of shippers reached out to us, but Stacey and Shawn seemed the most reliable and going with them was 100% THE RIGHT DECISION! If you’re lucky enough to have them bring you your pet you’ll see they aren’t only extremely good with animals, but extremely nice people. They updated us on their location, stayed in touch even if it was late, and sent us multiple pictures so we could see how he was doing! They even delivered him A WHOLE DAY EARLY <3! Our dog LOVED them and had a hard time saying bye! At first our dog couldn’t see the person outside of the car was my husband and even barked at my husband to protect Shawn! LOL. LOVE these guys!!! I can’t say enough good things about them!! We were very picky and leery trusting a stranger to transport our little baby, Bodhi, to us but Christina won our trust right away. We could tell that they love what they do, love the animals, and take exceptional care of them while transporting. We loved that they are a 2 man team also so someone was attending to our Bodhi at all times. We had a couple unexpected delays in getting our baby and they went above and beyond to help us out and accommodate us.
