Nico and Mica were AMAZING. Mica communicated with me 100% of the time (even far before the travel was happening) and was super friendly, genuine and authentic. This was my first time transporting my cat (who historically HATES any sort of travel/car rides) and not only did I feel like she was in expert, safe hands but she even slept on the plane and in the car! There were some hiccups along the way (due to the airlines) and Nico and Mica went above and beyond to accommodate and even changed flights last minute. They are wonderful and I feel truly blessed to have found them on citizenshipper. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I can't say enough how wonderful Karen is. As immunocompromised person who couldn't travel, finding transportation for my puppy became a last minute project. She assured me of all of the processes she had in place to ensure my risk of exposure. She video chatted me when she picked up the puppy so I could virtually be part of the process. Unfortunately she did have some unexpected car issues along the way but she didn't let that stop her. She remained calm and positive about and found a solution to keep on driving to us. Again, she kept me informed every step of the way. The only issue I had was that I couldn't give Karen a hug when she got here :) I would highly recommend her for your pet transportation needs.
