I'm only leaving one star because there is no option for zero. She never showed up at the scheduled time to pick up my puppy, and would not answer my calls or texts. I went to email her through citizen shipper and her profile was deactivated at that time. I had to go with another transporter (who was excellent) and pay twice as much for last minute booking. I would not reccomend at all.

So happy that I chose Kelly to transport my baby! He went above and beyond to make sure both me and my pup were happy. He sent lots of photos and even had play breaks with Mary Jane (which she LOVED). He made sure that she went to the bathroom and updated me on the potty breaks. Wow! A definite long haul from Kentucky to Arizona. Jodi showed herself as a true professional. She places the welfare of your pet first. My adopted beagle, Ruby has a history of anxiety. Jodi kept me updated on her progress during the 3 day trip. I am happy to say Ruby arrived safely and without Second Chance this would not be possible. Overall, If your pet needs transportation, Second Chance is the right choice. It is safe, comfortable and reasonably priced. Without hesitation, I would call Second Choice.

The three cats were picked up in Tucson on time by Pampered Paws. They were delivered to the destination in south Florida within the 72 hours delivery window. The cats do NOT like traveling but arrived no worse the wear from their three day "ordeal". I would say Pampered Paws did a very good job.

Excellent experience! Due to COVID-19 and my family's job overseas, we are not able to take our dog, Sasha, with us at this time. Nathan and Herman picked up our dog in Arlington, VA and took her all the way to my brother in Seattle, WA - it only took them 3 days! Nathan was very friendly and communicative; he updated us about Sasha whenever we asked. He also transported a box of our dog's toys, treats, and medicines. Shadwanda coordinated the logistics of the trip and she made herself available to all of my questions leading up to pickup. The pickup was a tad on the late side (close to midnight), but once we understood how Nathan and his crew manage to transport pets so efficiently, we understood the nature of the late night pickup. It was not a problem for us! They make a great team and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Thank you all for taking such good care of our family pet!

This driver was initially very responsive when first negotiating the price then things went downhill. He changed the pickup day twice and was not there when he said he would be. He was supposed to pick up Wed. and did not end up there till Saturday. Communication even before the pickup was poor at best and I had to keep contacting him several times with no response until the next day. This went on for several days. He ended up breaking down and luckily had another driver pick up the pups. The communication greatly improved with the new driver Amanda and she was right on time when she said she would be. The trip took 4 full days.

Patrick was the absolute best! He transported our new 8 week old puppy from eastern Pennsylvania to Milwaukee, WI (750 miles)...He was originally going to arrive Sat/Sun, but he came Thursday night...a few days a head of schedule. Which was amazing, because we hadn’t even met our puppy yet at that point. Patrick sent us pictures and videos of our puppy, throughout his trip. He took great care of our lil puppy! I read all the reviews from him and decided to go with him, but was still hesitant because the reviews seemed too good to be true. Well it turns out every one of his reviews was spot on as he is on time, updates me through phone calls, pictures, and texts the whole journey. Another attribute I enjoyed was he was a pleasure to talk with and all around a great guy with a passion of helping others. I originally was going to fly my dog out to California (from NC) but the airlines were difficult due to covid and I couldn't get him on a flight. I was nervous about doing ground transportation because I felt it was a big risk. My dog has anxiety and I was worried about him traveling without me. HOWEVER! ARETE has very professional drivers who handled my dog SUPER WELL and gave me lots of updates along the way. They offered a price CHEAPER than the airlines and any other driving service I looked into. Louis got to California with NO PROBLEMS.
